Kym excellent

Some minor issues with the apartment (gas hob knobs) sorted during our stay. Miscommunication about a BBQ being available. Over all Kym very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Love Hamilton Island

Room is awesome. Clean, modern and everything you need in an apartment to have a great time at Hamilton Island. Outstanding views from the apartment over Catseye Beach. Location is perfect. Instructions from the managers were easy to follow. Highly recommend.

Our first impressions were good - the view is spectacular. On closer inspection, the apartment was sorely lacking. Beach towels and bed sheets and the spare doona were stained, cups, plates and cutlery were unclean and we had to wash them all before using. The furniture and fittings are old and not up to the standard portrayed in the advertisements. To be frank, the place looks like the owners are trying to milk every last dollar from a clearly outdated property. We had the opportunity to visit friends in apartments rented from the onsite management and they were clearly superior at a lower cost. This is the place you rent when there are no other units available in the building.
