This community is hidden just a few miles outside of downtown Bryson City, where you can fish on the Tuckasegee River, stargaze around the fire pit, or relax inside a well-equipped 1-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental. Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved the cabin and all the amenities. They were super flexible and very nice when we inquired about adding an additional day to our reservation. The area is gorgeous and the cabins are in a great location for visiting surrounding areas like Bryson City and Sylva. We will definitely be back again soon.

This was a reboot/reset vacation for my husband and I. Had the most relaxing time. Only thing we didn't get to do is fire pit. No lighter available and we are not smookers.

Beautiful cabins!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The cabin was in perfect condition, with everything we needed....all we had to add was food! We were close to both Bryson City and Cherokee. We loved having a washer & driver available. We will be back!

Home Away From Home

The Bird's Nest is truly my home away from home. Conveniently located for easy access to Cherokee, Bryson City & the most serene little nooks & crannies of nature. I have stayed here the past few years & look forward to future stays. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer units & comfortable furniture made this trip enjoyable.

We enjoyed the quiet, peacefulness of our cabin. It was close to the Inspirations Singing in the Smokies, which was such a blessing. The cabin was clean & was stocked with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality/comfort of the bed's mattress.

Cabin was perfect, I can’t even think of anything that wasn’t great.. Hate I couldn’t stay longer… Cabin is 5 minutes from everything; casino, waterfall, river rafting, food, everything… Cabin has Direct so I got to even catch the remainder of playoff game after I left casino… It’s really perfect; this will be regular stay for all my casino trips… Thanks for having us…

Enjoyed several days in GSMNP seeing the fall colors and chasing native brook trout. The cabins are very clean and up to date. Great location for quick access to the park, cherokee and brysok city.

Peace and Quiet

We had a lovely time. Everything was clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our vacation. We had such a great time seeing Moose early in the morning. And the beautiful sunsets. Such a peaceful place.
