We enjoyed our little cozy retreat in Bryson City. It was very close to downtown. Perfect for a couples getaway. Check in was easy. There were some hiccups when we first arrived but the owners responded quickly.

This little cabin is perfect for two people or one great location not far out of town but far enough very clean. Very comfortable bed. Very nice host would recommend this place to anyone and if in the neighborhood again would stay again.

Short trip to Bryson City

This was the cutest place. Just as described and the location was perfect for Brson City and Cherokee. The host are so easy to communicate with and respond quickly. Enjoyed the creek sitting area. Quick mountain getaway

We found Blissful Nook for our quick weekday getaway(Wednesday-Friday) and we fell in love!! It is the perfect size for a couple to reconnect, spend time together just relaxing. The location is just outside of town, but feels like back in country. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay again!

20th Anniversary Trip

The Blissful Nook was perfect for a short stay. It was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again if it had a king sized bed. Location was nice....away from the hustle and bustle of town. Perfect little get-a-way for a couple's night out. Thank you!

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

We had a wonderful, restful, relaxing and amazing 3 days at this beautifully done little nook. We stayed for thanksgiving and it was the most stressfree holdiay. We got to relax, partake in the property games.. soaked in the hot tube, enjoyed take a little walk to the creek. We fully enjoyed our stay. We look forward going back again maybe this coming spring or summer.

Amazing Vacation Tiny Home

First want to start off by saying that Steven & Sue were the best host anyone could ask for. Even though the cabin is located on the property of the family home, they did not invalid privacy, they were quick with responses when I had questions. The tiny home/cabin was amazingly cleaned upon arrival. This was my boyfriend’s first time in the mountains/cabins and he really enjoyed it. I would definitely consider staying here if I came for The Polar Express Train Ride again. This couple deserves the 5 star rating!

We love to hear that a fabulous stay was had! We truly want our guests to experience their best stay ever. So yay! And to clarify, while we do live in town, the other 2 homes that share this rental's property are our vacation rentals (not our personal home). Creekside Quarters and Water's Edge sit directly on Deep Creek. Blissful Nook sits privately out front, away from these other 2 mentioned houses.

The nook was OK - however, the pillows were awful! Hard! The bedding needs an upgrade. We are old and tripped going into the bathroom that has a step down, and some immediate ice availability would have been nice. The pictures - as seems to be normal nowadays - weren’t taken to show the reality of the rental. For the price, these things should be fixed.

For future guests, we’d love to provide a bit of clarity. The pillows in the Nook are memory foam, and while we know pillow preferences vary, we’re exploring ways to offer more options for comfort. The torn pillow sham this guest noted has already been replaced, and we’re grateful they brought it to our attention. Regarding the bathroom, the step does have both wall and floor signage to highlight the change in elevation, as we understand it can be tricky, particularly for guests with mobility concerns. As for the refrigerator, it’s designed to maximize the tiny house layout. While it doesn’t have a built-in ice maker, it does include ice cube trays and a storage container. We’ll also review the listing again to make sure everything is clearly communicated. Thank you once more for your helpful feedback; It allows us to keep refining the space that so many guests have come to love.

It is a cute place

The nook is cute and cozy but in arrival it was dirty. The sheets had hair etc on them. We had to change the sheets.. wash the quilt and sheets shams. Blanket also. So if we had not taken a blanket we wouldn’t have cover until it was dried and washed. We were very cold the last two days. It was cold outside and inside. The heater isn’t big enough for the space. But the house is cute.

While we recognize meeting the standards of every guest can be tricky, we do strive to make every effort in the hopes that our guests have a wonderful stay. We are not able to help with a situation if we are not aware of the situation. We welcome our guests to reach out to us if they need anything. We provide our contact information via the platform and inside the home so our guests can reach us at any time during their stay. The minisplit unit inside the home is a 12,000 btu that heats/cools up to 550 square feet of space. The home is 340 square feet in total. The guests that stayed immediately after this stay provided feedback that they were very comfortable with the heat set at 67 degrees (with a night time outside temperature of 21 degrees). Since it is obvious that people’s preferences vary, we have added a portable space heater amenity to the home. Again, we strive to accommodate and make each stay a pleasant one.

Small but very spacious Tiny house

This was a nice little getaway from the busy hectic work schedule a nice little downtime This is small but doesn’t feel small at all you have enough room not to feel cramped this was a first time here and I can say I will be back to stay again only down fall is not having a real oven even though this was a vacation I still prefer having to cook my food there is a decent size toaster oven but it Doesn’t do good for oven potatoes lol the cook top took a moment to unlock good thing there was an instruction manual for that Great relaxing time I did stay an additional day. The bad bed needs to be a little softer as well as the pillows. The other thing is the hot water ran out seeing as I stayed an additional day but it was fixed by the time I returned. Thanks again for being great hostesses They were very communicative and friendly. This is beside other houses besides this but it’s private enough to feel as you your alone

This tiny home is built on the property that houses 2 other vacation homes (Water's Edge & Creekside Quarters). A private group of two can rent Blissful Nook or Blissful Nook can be an "add-on" rental paired with other homes on site. The tiny home is just 1 mile from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park entrance and close to town. Blissful Nook guests have access to Deep Creek via a marked path. Very peaceful and conveniently located.

Blissful Nook is a tiny home that has all of the great amenities of a larger home. The yard is fenced in to provide privacy. It is located close to town and has access to Deep Creek. The outdoor area has a covered patio, hot tub, and couch swing to enjoy!
