4BR/2BA, BR1:1K, BR2:1Q, BR3:1Q Loft, BR4: 1T bunk with pullout (3T) - A delightfully spacious beach house with plenty of room for a relaxing and memorable family vacation with an easy walk to the beach. Recently updated decor. Open living, dining and kitchen area, 2 Smart TV's, WIFI, hardwood flooring, loft sleeping area, update included bedding, central heat and air, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, blender, washer/dryer, back access covered parking with room to park a boat in yard, a large sun decks, furnished screened porch, outside shower, gas grill (propane not provided), and outside grilling and eating area. No Pets. No Smoking. 2 night minimum rates available in Value-Spring and 3 night minimum in Resort Seasons. Please call our office to inquire. Check-In: 3-5PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM.

The location of Island Ties was great! We loved visiting Oak Island, but we were underwhelmed with the cleanliness of the home. I was expecting a bit more with the reviews I had read. Simply just a lot of wear and tear and water marks on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Overall, the house worked for us though. We made some fun memories!

The house was okay. There was no propane grill and most of the outside lights wouldn't work. This house has a nice screened in porch, but it can't be used at night because the lights don't work. Luckily the one light that did work, was the one over the stairs. The main door and lock were very rusted from age and hard to unlock. I think it's unfair to say this place was recently renovated. I know it's a rental and it can't be perfect but I think the outside lights should have worked and the door and lock should be replaced. My parents home had two of same steel doors as this house, both of my parents doors were rusted and had to be replaced. I also think setting the thermostat at 74 degrees is a bit high. My house stays at 67 degrees. Not many people have there house set on 74 unless they are elderly.

Great Stay

We had a great stay there with our five kids. We enjoyed being close to the beach and relaxing on the deck and porch.

Perfect Getaway!

This location was perfect! We had a short walk to beach access and a quick drive to restaurants, groceries, tourist stuff. This end of Oak Island seemed less congested, which we appreciated. The Oak lsland beach strand was lovely, with many public access points. The house itself had ample space for to spread out when down time was needed. The property management company was friendly and helpful during every interaction! They provided excellent information prior to our stay so it was clear what was expected during check-in, our stay and the checkout process. Highly recommend Island Ties and Oak Island!

Island Ties

We so enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, it was a very short walk to the beach, and it was in a quiet area. We loved the large driveway for the kids to ride their scooters, the rinse off area for after the beach, 2 tvs to stream movies, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Great stay.

The house was clean, the kitchen had all the plates, bowls, cups, and utensils you could possibly need. Plenty of cooking dishes/pans are also provided. Was a fantastic stay we really enjoyed ourselves.

Family Trip

We loved this home, super clean and easy check in process. We were a little hesitant paying our second payment bc we had to pay the rental company, not vrbo. But it was fine and all worked out great and couldn’t be happier with our stay there!

Super family friendly getaway

Everything was just wonderful about this beach house. It was so cute and cozy. It was very clean and smelled clean! We really liked the layout and the double bathrooms were nice. The washer and dryer was a lifesaver. It was a crazy warm week for December and we couldn’t get the AC to work, but other than it was just perfect!!!!

Cute Beachy house

My extended family of 9, including daughters, spouses, and grandkids filled the house! We all slept comfortably and had a great kitchen, dining and great room in which to gather. The downstairs screened area was also a fun place!

Wonderful just wonderful

Loved staying here. Such a great spot, amenities, decor, space... it was just great. My kids loved it. Can't wait to stay when we have more time! ** had a hard time getting physical address of the property, and didn't realize there was no toilet paper supplied until getting there but that's the only complaint.

Island Ties Spring Break

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and as pictured. We enjoyed the clever use of space and beachy vibe. The walk to the beach was short and the beach itself was never crowded. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked and the beds were all comfortable. The most we ever had was 8 people, and there was plenty of room.
