Welcome to Berridale Cottage.

Set amongst 151 acres of beautiful snowy mountains land is our property in Berridale. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, SpaceX's Starlink internet, netflix, EV charging, dog friendly and more.

Bedroom 1 greets you with luxurious sheriden sheets on a large king size bed. Gorgeous views of the valley and a walk in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 is setup with 2 bunk beds. The first is a single over double size bed. The second is a single set of bunks.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed and gorgeous views of the valley.
2 Showers, 2 toilets and 1 bathtub.

A traditional cottage, built with red cedar and brick. A stunning fireplace greets you in the main living area, perfect for relaxing evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and a dishwasher to clean it all up. We don't have a traditional oven however there is a microwave convection oven. The dining table will comfortably sit 8 and a highchair is available.
3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Please note: The bathtub is currently out of service due to repairs. The shower facilities are fully operational. Berridale Cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Snowy Mountains.
Gorgeous views of the countryside with sunrises that will take your breath away in the morning and spectacular views of the stars at night.

Access to the property is via dirt road. We will send you the exact location of the driveway upon booking.
We have an EO mini electric vehicle charger in the garage with a type 2 to type 2 cable available. If your car requires a different plug, please BYO. Please let us know if you use the charger (just for our own curiosity, thanks)

We are pet friendly, located next to the house is a enclosed area suitable for dogs. Dogs of all sizes are welcome and will enjoy the outdoor area which has both sunny and shaded spaces. Please note, the entire property is not fenced, we recommend taking your pet out on a lead. We have one extra large dog bed available for use as well as 2 food/water bowls. There is also leads available. Dogs are welcome inside, we just ask that you please keep them off the furniture.

A high chair and portacot are available if required and there is plenty of space in the master bedroom for the portacot to be setup. Babies using the portacot are welcome in addition to the 8 person occupancy.

Berridale is located centrally between Cooma and Jindabyne. From our property its 35min each way to both. Just on an hour to Perisher or Thredbo.
Our property is extensive and walking the property is an enjoyment even for novice walkers. We have 5 dams on the property, in summer 2 are especially good for swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. We have 1 two person kayak available for use.

There are 5 security cameras covering the exterior of the property for property protection purposes only.
