Summer Dayz is in the small coastal town of Marion Bay, approx 3 hours drive from Adelaide and only 5 km from the breathtaking hidden treasures of Innes National Park.

Property well located with ample room for a large family. Close to the jetty for fishing and gateway to Innes National Park. Rustic setting and a relaxing stay overall.

A beautiful place for our winter weekend away with family. With winter sun filling the back deck to lazy and soak in the sun and watch out for kangaroos in the vacant grass and bush land beyond.Good amenities, beds and furnishings.

Family holiday

We enjoyed 4 nights here - had fabulous weather for May and made good use of the spacious deck. Well equipped kitchen. Good location - National Park nearby was a real highlight.

Native outlook & walk to beach

Enjoyed our stay here to celebrate our .others retirement. A free flowing and inviting floorplan, the back deck area was a hit to relax, unwind, and take in the native life. Close to all amenities, yet peacefully tucked away, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

Excellent property

Perfect place to stay with your dogs and family. Place was very clean and had everything you needed. Beautiful out door area. Definitely recommend staying if you have animals.

"Perfect Modern Getaway in Marion Bay"

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property in Marion Bay. The house is modern, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly easy to settle into, making it feel like a home away from home. Its private setting added to the charm, providing a peaceful retreat while still being perfectly located. We loved how close it was to the beach, the local shop, the stunning Innes national park, and everything else that Marion Bay has to offer. It’s the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway!

Great experience, Marion Bay is awesome place for Holidays

The property was located in a great location. Well-equipped and clean. Tim was great with communication.Even though the electricity cut off in Marion Bay, we had a great time. I only recommend having some different water systems running when the electricity is off, as we did not have water when we arrived.

Communication with the owner was excellent, Tim was very quick to reply. The property is in an amazing area with views of kangaroos and emus from the generous size undercover deck area. The property is well maintained and very clean. With a huge living area to accommodate a big family. Could not fault it at all.

Doorstep of Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park

A great holiday! Huge, modern house with enormous sunny deck to watch the wattlebirds. Real draw card is its less than 5 minute drive to the national park - where we spent 2 fabulous days bushwalking/beachcombing/birdwatching. House has everything you need, easy fast communication with owner & good wifi speed! Pizzas from the Marion Bay Tavern were also excellent. Thanks for a lovely break

Nice place to stay

Had a great time

Spent a lot of the time in the house due to the weather. It was big enough to accomodate our entertainment. Had two dogs with plenty of space. Really enjoyed it and greatful to have to opportunity to have all our family together in a nice and comfortable place. Thankyou for providing the property it a great way to have family together and enjoy Marion bay.

I would like to introduce ourselves, Tim and Cathy Ninnes. We have purchased Summer Dayz and would like to let everyone know we will continue to run this beautiful holiday home in Marion Bay delivering the same excellent service you received from Sarah.

Cathy was bought up on Yorke Peninsula and I have been travelling their since my teens surfing, fishing and generally hanging out with mates.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Summer Dayz is a purpose built holiday rental. With 3 queen bed rooms and a bunk room for 4, it is ideally suited to 1 or 2 families.

The large deck is great for entertaining and it is close to beaches and the national park.

For us this home ticked all the boxes for what we look for in a holiday rental whe travelling. I'm sure it will for you too.
