Seaport Village, a south strand gem. 9 custom homes with a community pool located on the second row in Garden City Beach, SC. 2 miles south of the pier, you'll enjoy landscaped grounds, public access walkway to the ocean across the street and the 28 x 26 pool. #1464 is a 6 bedroom, 7 full bath tri-level home that comfortably accommodates 16. Chose beds from 4 kings and 4 queens. The 3rd floor is a master suite. This home is small dog friendly. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.

6 Bedrooms: 1 up; 1 middle; 4 down. 7 Baths: 1 up; 2 middle; 4 down. Beds: 1 king up; 1 king middle; 2 kings, 4 queens down.

2nd row complex of homes located just north of Marlin Quay Marina with community pool, approximate dimensions 28 x 26, and landscaped common grounds. Pool is open Easter/April 1 to September 30. Tri-level home on stilts with inside stairway. 3rd floor master suite. Covered porches. Garage parking. Approximately 3200 square feet. No smoking allowed.

Wonderful three week vacation/remote work and school visit

Our extended family of six stayed at this wonderfully comfortable home for three weeks of mixed vacation and and remote work and school. For the second element, it is important to note that the house has excellent WIFI and we were all able to work/do remote school at the same time with no problem. The house itself has a wonderful open common space where we could gather for making and eating dinner and relax in the living room and adjacent upper porch. The kitchen is really well stocked and had all we needed for cooking. The king beds on the top two floors were really comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was a lovely perk after long days of walking or doing work. The location right across from the beach was a real treat and we took advantage of taking our two dogs to the beach in the morning (before 9) and evening (after 7) for off-leash runs. We recommend this property and enjoyed it very much.
