I regret having to leave this review but I consider it necessary. On Friday, March 6, my wife and I traveled to Mittlee Beach for a business trip and decided to rent this house since the plan was to bring the family to spend the weekend together after several business meetings.
To begin with, the rental process was terrible and disorganized. I got the impression that no one knew what they were doing since their system is old school. I even had to pick up the keys from an office near by. When we arrived at the house we did an inspection to make sure everything was in order. The house was clean and organized even though it is a fairly old house. Upon reaching the back yard we noticed that the pool furniture was destroyed in other words impossible to sit on them. I immediately reported it and they brought in 4 plastic chairs to replace them. They never took the broken ones. The floor of the portal and part of the staircase were impassable, big liability. I also paid $500.00 to have the pool heated. It never got hot which meant that we couldn't swim in the pool at any time. I must say that the beach was across the street and had very nice views. I would not stay at this property again. The house needs repairs and upgrades ASAP. Pool got heat the last day and they give a $200 credit but never brink the whole family not fun trip
