The garage converted, air-conditioned game room features billiards, ping pong, shuffleboard plus cozy seating and a TV. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- This property has exterior cameras facing the driveway and dock area.
- The garage is not available for guest parking, as it has been converted into the game room.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
