This gorgeous newly redecorated 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home is perfect for a large group or family up to 12 with a south-facing pool. From the moment you enter this clean open-concept home, you will be captivated by its beautiful professionally decorated interior. No expense was spared to create a stunning décor with luxurious accommodations. Guests have ample room to socialize in the living area, kitchen, pool & deck, or simply relax in the loft in front of the large screen TV.

This home presents many exciting options for entertainment. There are two game rooms, one in the upstairs loft with an Xbox, two controllers, a large screen TV, and 3 large reclining chairs. This area also is perfect for watching movies in oversized recliners. The second game room on the lower level contains a pool table and a foosball table to keep the kids or adults occupied in the evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counters. The kitchen island seats 4 and the dining table has seating for 8. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Pool heat available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
