The Space:

Swaying palms, warm daylight, and the easy rhythm of Central Florida set the tone as you arrive at this spacious home in Davenport. Days here unfold at your own pace - mornings easing into family breakfasts, afternoons filled with games and pool time, and evenings spent unwinding together after returning from nearby attractions. With room for everyone to spread out, you settle in and feel right at home.



The space

This entire home comfortably accommodates larger groups with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and three separate living areas. Each living space offers comfortable seating and a TV, making it easy to gather for movie nights, games, or quiet downtime while others relax elsewhere. One living area features a foosball table, adding to the home’s playful atmosphere.



A dedicated game room brings everyone together with a pool table, ping pong table, and arcade games, offering entertainment long after the theme parks close.



Sleeping arrangements

Sleeping spaces are thoughtfully laid out across two levels. Downstairs, you’ll find a Jurassic-themed bedroom with a queen bed and a separate king bedroom, both conveniently located near a shared bathroom. Upstairs, four themed bedrooms provide variety and privacy: a king bedroom with an attached bathroom, a Frozen-themed room with two single beds and an attached bathroom, a Mickey-themed room with two sets of bunk beds and an attached bathroom, and a Star Wars-themed bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is designed for easy group meals, whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or gathering for dinner at home. A dining area indoors offers space to sit together, while additional dining options extend outdoors for relaxed meals when the weather suits.



Outdoor living

Step outside to your private pool and patio area, a favorite spot for cooling off during warm Florida days or enjoying quiet evenings after busy outings. The BBQ grill and outdoor seating create a comfortable setting to spend time together in the open air.



Resort amenities

Located within Solterra Resort, you’ll have access to a range of shared amenities, including a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, sports courts, and recreation areas.



Location

The home is ideally positioned in Davenport, with Disney about 25 minutes away, Universal Studios roughly 30 minutes away, and SeaWorld around 25 minutes away. Daily essentials are close by, with a supermarket just minutes from the resort and Posner Park nearby for shopping, dining, and entertainment.



Pet-friendly and family-ready, this home offers space, flexibility, and a relaxed base for enjoying everything the Orlando area has to offer.



Guest Access:

You’ll enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire home during your stay, along with use of the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please be aware that the HOA charges a mandatory amenities fee, separate from our hosting fees. This fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more, and it applies to every reservation, whether or not you use the amenities.



The home is located within a gated community with 24-hour security, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. The driveway can comfortably fit 2 vehicles, and likely up to 4 small to medium-sized cars if needed.

Situated in Davenport, this vacation home puts you close to Orlando’s most popular theme parks. If shopping is on your list, Disney Springs™ and Old Town are must-visits. For unforgettable experiences, explore Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®.



The area also offers a variety of activities beyond the parks, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, making it easy to fill your days with fun and adventure.



Getting Around:

Kissimmee Station only 22 min drive!

Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) within a 27 min drive!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team follows the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Check-Out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled promptly after check-out to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt schedules and may incur a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering: This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee is not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Please notify us immediately upon check-in if anything is missing so we can arrange restocking.
