Release Wanaka - The Heights is a fabulous holiday home boasting lake and mountain views and a stylish interior. The perfect spot to spend some quality time with family and friends, the spacious property is in a convenient location close to the walking tracks into Wanaka.

Why not hire bikes (there's plenty of garage space to store them) and bike into town for lunch, or head to one of the many local swim spots for a cool dip on a hot day! After a full day of exploring, sit down on the front balcony and have a cold drink and admire the marvellous mountains before you. This is also the perfect spot to watch the sunset, before moving round to the spacious side patio, where you can continue the night in front of the outdoor fire. There is also a spa pool situated here, so why not light the fire and relax in the bubbles.

The interior of this architecturally designed holiday home is finished beautifully - with stylish furniture and artwork really adding to the luxurious feel. The open plan living area has a large, two-way gas fireplace in the centre of it, with big, comfortable couches on one side in the lounge area, and the spacious kitchen and dining area on the other. There is certainly plenty of room to cook up a storm, and seat everyone around the table for a family feast - all while looking out at that spectacular view once again.

There are 4 great-sized bedrooms, all with brand new, high-end beds. Three of the bedrooms can be split into twin rooms for the children, which makes this the perfect family holiday choice.

Guests have access to the entire property.

Located at an altitude of 300 metres, Wanaka is fast becoming one of the world’s great playgrounds. Visitors can venture into the hills and mountains surrounding Wanaka for skiing, heli-skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking and climbing. Or just enjoy the views!

The Heights is an easy 5 minute drive into Wanaka, or a 25 minute walk. It is situated close to the walking/biking track into town.

Please be aware that this property is managed by ‘Release Wanaka’. We are a local Wanaka property management business and we are legally responsible for the care of the property. We require a fully refundable security bond for each booking. This will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure, as long as no loss or damage has occurred at the property. We require credit card details either before you arrive or on the day of arrival. The security bond for The Heights is NZ$1,000.

There is a one off booking management fee of NZ$180 per reservation. On Airbnb, this fee is spread over the nights of your booking.

There is some building work happening in the area. The price is reflective of this.

Use of outdoor areas is prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 7am, according to Queenstown Lakes District Council resource consent regulations.
