Ocean Dunes Townhouse 2 is part of the professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. These townhomes are conveniently located less than one block from the beach on the ocean side of Ocean Blvd, and some offer stunning ocean views.

Each Ocean Dunes property vacation rental features spacious living rooms, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and private balconies. Standard amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and washer/dryer are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay. The resort complex also offers outdoor pools and an elevator in the building.

Nice time!

Spent the week at the beach with my two boys and had a nice time! The location was great; beach was just a short walk. Restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and outlets close by! The overall cleanliness of the property was good. It looks like they are in the midst of updating. The bedrooms were were pretty spacious for this 3 floor townhouse. There is no hairdryer so make sure to bring your own! Property manager's staff communicated this very matter-of-factly to me. Not rude, but very factual. I also was unable to find the broom and dustpan. FYI it is stored between the fridge and stove - kind of hard to spot. I had an issue with my bedding but they were quick to resolve it for me. All in all, I would stay here again.

Not clean/so many other problems

This townhome would have perfect for us. However, upon arrival, we noticed immediately that the place was not clean. We had to clean and wash the comforters & mattress pads. The back door handle was taped on, kitchen drawers broken, the supports on the twin beds were broken off, no remotes to the tvs, broken mirrors in the bedroom closet, the toilet seat was falling off, no light bulbs in one room. To top it off, the AC wasn't working. We called the emergency # and nobody showed up until the next day halfway through the day. It was 90 degrees in there. We ended up having to pack up 7 people & $500 worth of food and move to a new location that didn't accommodate us. We didn't get a refund, even for the entire day that it took us to pack up, move 10 miles, then unpack again. They also wouldn't extend our stay by 1 day. Booe realty gets 1 star, the only person willing to help us was Journi. I would never book through them again, or at this property again due to the owners not caring about how terrible our experience was.

Excellent Property

Check in & out was super easy. Property management very friendly. Loved being a walk away from the beach. I only have minor complaints & those didn't stop us from having a good time. The room with the twin beds didn't have a remote & only the living room & one of the bedrooms had cable. There were minor repairs that could've been done. While there the door handle fell off & the toilet paper handle fell off. Again not a big deal. We screwed the door handle back on & informed the property manager of the issues. Only two cleaning issues but they could've easily been overlooked. There was gum in the window seal & a dirty paper towel under the comforters in one of the beds. Loved the size of the property & that most of everything we needed to cook was there, the washer & dryer being in the townI would definitely recommend & visit again.

This townhouse is in a great location, plenty of space and a bonus room, we didn’t use but nice to have . Would definitely stay again

Everything was great, just need new rugs.

Everything was great! The bathroom rugs and the rug in the living room need replacing or cleaned! Other than that, it was perfect! Would definitely recommend to others.

Nice clean quiet place

Property was great. Super close to the ocean. My kids enjoyed the ocean during the day and the condo pool in the evenings. There is a hide a bed couch in the upstairs tv room so that was a nice surprise, my kids all got their own beds. I have never stayed in a Vrbo that didn’t have ANY food in the cupboard so plan accordingly (not even salt and pepper.) We would most definitely stay here again.
