Private and quiet, unit 6 Blue Waters is the perfect holiday choice for someone who wants the ocean around them all day long and still be close to restaurants, cafes that Shoal Bay has to offer.
Unit 6 Blue Waters has been completely renovated with a split system air conditioner in the living area and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine (BYO Pods) and family size fridge/ freezer.
Stunning bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles and internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. The balcony has a weber gas BBQ so you can cook up a storm whilst enjoying those gorgeous water views and sea breeze.
A singe undercover car space is available, park the car and walk down to all the attractions and night life that Shoal Bay has to offer.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
