The Main Street of Caloundra has an abundance of shops, restaurants, cinemas, clubs, pubs and grocery stores and also within walking distance, there may be no need to use your car.

Great location

Great location. Cooking frypans not clean. No screens for windows and doors to be able to maximise the sea breeze.

Sunshine getaway

Thanks to Nicola for a lovely stay at the Emerald Shores apartment. Property was exactly as described. A lovely two bedroom apartment with everything that we needed for a comfortable family stay. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen and living areas well appointed and decorated. Communication with Nicola was easy, check in and check out were both simple. Location was great! A very short walk to the beach, beach-side pool, restaurants/cafes etc. Just an overall enjoyable stay for us.

Well equipped unit close to beach

It was easy to relax here. The unit was very well equipped, particularly in the kitchen. The beach is close by and the front balcony with good sea views is well furnished.

Family holiday.

A beautiful, cosy house with a nice view of the ocean. My husband and I along with our two young girls had a lovely time here. It had everything we needed and more. Thanks for having us! Tiff.

Amazing place to stay. Location cannot be beat and views and set up is exceptional.

Easy to rent and get keys. No problems had so no need to interrupt our holiday. Great place!

Refreshing and Relaxing

I’ve stayed in several apartments in Kings Beach over the years as an annual family pre xmas destination, all have had their charm, but the refreshing and nicely furnished layout really set this unit apart. Close to the beach and a nice easy stroll to the shops or cafes. Easy checkin and out and felt really looked after with some extra touches of chilled water in the fridge, tea, coffee pods etc. Will boom again and also recommend.

Good location in Colundra

The apartment is in a good location - a few minutes walk to Kings Beach and cafes, a short drive to Colundra supermarkets, and easy day trips to Glasshouse mountains. The apartment is relatively spacious with an extremely well-equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine. The main bedroom has a comfortable bed and convenient ensuite bathroom. The lounge has a large, comfortable couch and good-sized dining table. While there is a fairly large TV, the ADSL internet connection speed is a bit variable (not sure if this was just the apartment or perhaps the neighbourhood). Had to reboot the modem a couple of times too to reestablish connections. Wifi signal strong in the lounge, but very weak in bedroom. While the temperature in the apartment is probably great in non-winter months, it's rather cool in winter with not a lot of sun through the windows. A basic fan heater was supplied but this wasn't really sufficient for the larger lounge area, so a large oil-column heater would be a great addition. The availability of extra warm blankets in the bedroom was appreciated. Overall the apartment was 4.5/5 - only let down by the heating option for the lounge and internet hassles. We would recommend it as good value for a couple, and potentially really good value for two couples using both of the bedrooms.

Great location and views

We had a great time staying at this apartment. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The apartment is very clean with a lovely renovated interior and good size balcony. Kitchen is well equipped and it is an easy stroll to the beach. Highly recommended.

Great well equipped unit in fantastic spot

The position of this unit was just wonderful. We loved that the beach was just a stones throw away and the Main Street with all its fabulous restaurants were an easy stroll. The kitchen was very well appointed with lots of plates, bowls, cutlery and glassware so that the dishwasher was not constantly having to be turned on. The comfy couch was a bonus too. Would highly recommend this unit to families and couples. Hope to go back again.

Relaxing break

A beautiful property with nothing but high praises for the hosts. The only small negative was it was a little further from the shops than I anticipated but very close to the beach. Just perfect!
