In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms and bathrooms, a two-story townhouse layout, and gorgeous views of Turtle Point Golf Course. The villa is about a 5-minute walk to the beach.

This Turtle Point villa has been completely renovated and features an open floor plan. The light-filled living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a wall-mounted smart TV. Additional living space can be found in the sitting room, which has a comfortable sleeper sofa and an abundance of windows. The dining area, adjacent to the sitting room, offers a lovely wooden table with seating for six. Recently renovated, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom white cabinetry, and barstool seating for four. The kitchen has ample counter space and is equipped with everything guests will need to prepare vacation meals.

A peaceful retreat, the private primary suite is located on the second floor. This bedroom offers a king-sized bed, wall-mounted smart TV, spacious closet, and private access to a balcony overlooking Turtle Point Golf Course. The primary bathroom features both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, smart TVs, and large closets, are found on the main floor. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other has two twin beds.

The villa offers two balconies facing the 17th green of Turtle Point Golf Course. The first balcony is located on the main floor and has a dining table and chairs. A private balcony, accessible from the primary bedroom, is on the second floor.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Great week in October

Property was clean, well maintained, and in a great area on the island (right beside the Sanctuary) with quick access to golf and bike trails. Enjoyed coffee on the porch and our two kids especially enjoyed watching the golfers. Only concern, and it was minimal, was the Air Condition struggled to cool the unit the first day or two when the temps were around 80. The 2nd floor (where the master is) especially struggled. Because of the cool night time temps, we were comfortable, but I can imagine summer months could be a different story.

Wonderful Villa in Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It’s in a great location — walking distance to the beach via the nature trail, green side on the turtle point golf course, and very close to the sanctuary. The villa itself is clean, spacious, and it looks even better in person. Would love to stay there again.

Turtle Villa

The kitchen ceiling had mold and made the entire environment smell. Air vents also had mold which is a health concern Although the location was nice we had great concern of the mold which we would not have stayed if we knew these conditions prior.

Excellent accommodation on ALL fronts!

Kiawah half marathon stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was nice to be on the island for the race. The condo was very nice and clean.

Some advice

We have been vacationing on kiawah for 25 years and love the island. This villa is located in our favorite location! The villa needs to be redone! Kitchen supplies are minimal and very outdated furniture. At the very least they need to replace the hair dryers! They’re at least 30 years old😂. Love the location and very easy check in thanks to Akers Ellis.

Nice property & Location

Lovely property, very comfortable for two couples. Enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings, and glass of wine in the evenings! Nice view of golf course and easy walk to beach. Shirt drive to golf courses, and easy access to bike trails. Enjoyed our stay there and in Kiawah Island.

Awesome stay on Kiawah!

Property was awesome. Exactly as listed and location was central on the island which made it attainable to everything we wanted to see/do. Clean, updated, spacious, all bedrooms had their own bath, etc. Would stay again 10/10 times.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was as described and was a nice a nice location for a February vacation. The view of the golf course was spot on. The unit on the surface was clean, however, in bad need of a deep clean. Showers were badly mildewed (which I was able to help with mold and mildew spray), the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms were very dirty on the outside (which I was able to help with Clorox wipes), the air vent returns in the bathrooms were very dirty as well. I’m sure if we had requested housekeeping to come and assist they would have but we were not willing to vacate the property for the amount of time it would have taken to properly clean these issues. I realize it’s a rental (and we’ve stayed in numerous ones on the island) but I expected a cleaner unit especially in the off season. The master bedroom mattress was needs to be replaced.. The unit was nicely decorated. Additional seating in the television area would be helpful for the number of people this unit sleeps.

We stayed for two weeks, and the stay was perfect! The home is well-appointed, clean, and updated. The master bathroom, and all bathrooms in fact, were newly updated and modern, bright. The kitchen was was much bigger than most Turtle Point kitchens, and had most necessary items, but could have used things like large serving bowls, or more bowls for serving, for salad or for making chicken salad etc. The refrigerator was huge, and spotless. We used the washing machine and dryer were 3-4x/day and we never had any issues. The family room could be better designed - only one small light on the side table to service that entire area, and kind of inadequate seating. Some ceiling lighting would make a dramatic difference. Otherwise, it was a bright, airy, clean unit. Location to the beach could not be beat! A quick one-block walk, or even faster bike ride. Easy access via bike or walking to the Sanctuary, as well as Vandorhorst, Rhett's Bluff boat dock, etc. A++!! As an aside, must recommend Tomasso Italian restaurant at Turtle Point Golf course, right around the corner from the home. And the Monday-nights only Kiawah Oyster Roast - super fun, and a gorgeous setting.

Perfect location

This property was a perfect location with less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The space was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable! All round this was a great option for any traveler. The only thing we wished it had was a grill so we could cook more, but otherwise I give it 5 stars and look forward to staying at it again.
