Beautifully designed STUNNING home. The perfect location for interstate visitors and situated walking distance from the water. Open plan kitchen and dining invites one onto a covered patio over looking the spacious manicured back garden. One can find a full kitchen and an espresso coffee machine. This superb home has been designed to accommodate families with a large 75inch smart TV, comfortable recliner seating for 8. Enjoy the Sony 5.1 surround sound, Weber BBQ and Wifi. Sorry no parties.

This central location is perfect for interstate guests situated halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast and walking distance to Sandy Cove beach. If you have any questions about the property, feel free to contact our property manager.

What will you find at Stella?
New appliances, a 75 inch smart tv and Wi-Fi. This luxurious home presents beautifully with new furniture and soft furnishings. The beds are all new, extremely comfortable and include high quality linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with many useful appliances. The enclosed large enclosed garden is beautiful all year round. Two garaged parking spaces are available.

What is the property not suitable for?
The property is not suitable for large gatherings of any description more than 8 people. We ask guests to be mindful of noise past 10pm as a courtesy to neighbours and the owners.
No more than 3 cars can be parked at or around the property at any time.

Perfect stay!

Beautiful home to stay in and a quiet neighbourhood. Stayed here with my husband and 2 teenage children and our furbaby. Our dog loved relaxing in the garden or staying indoors when we were out with the comfort of the ceiling fans to keep him cool. All the beds are extremely comfortable and the touches from David with the towels, little toiletries really make it feel homely. A lovely little welcome basket of chips, coffee which is a lovley touch. 30 minute drive to the theme parks and 55 minutes to Surfers and also to Brisbane. Perfect location and Victoria point and Cleveland where there are some lovely eateries are only a short drive away. Thank you David for letting us stay in your lovely home. Would certainly book again in the future.
