Winter getaway

Trimble cottage was the perfect winter getaway. A warm cosy escape from the cold and wind. Fabulous local bush walks, novel rich local restaurant experiences and excellent cafe options.The bird life around the cottage was delightful and unexpected.

Beautiful Trimble cottage

A wonderful, welcoming cottage with everything supplied. Beautifully decorated, from the traditional Victorian rooms to the modern kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of firewood too for the cold nights. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Perfect girls escape

The house was cozy and warm as well as spacious. Had everything we needed and loved the huge bathroom for a group of girls. Bonus that it was walking distance to town.

Cosy getaway

Had a very enjoyable stay, highly recommend Trimble Cottage. Very well appointed kitchen, clean and large bathroom and well sized and comfortable bedrooms. The house is set in a lovely pet friendly garden and the street is nice and quiet but still only a 5-10 minute walk to heaps of cafes and restaurants.

Trimble is just Terrific!

My favourite getaway cottage, truly a home away from home. Even the two dogs had big smiles of recognition. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Family reunion

Love Trimble cottage. The place is alway immaculate. Very comfy beds. Walking distance to the town centre. Lovely garden to sit in. My four sisters and I all really enjoyed our stay.

Perfection

The perfect place for a short getaway to Daylesford. The house was clean and had everything we could have wanted or needed. Check in was very easy thanks to clear communication. Short walk to town and not too far from Lake Daylesford.

Easter break

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Ideally located within walking distance of shops and Daylesford market. The property is big enough for adults and children to find their own space if the weather keeps them inside.

Accessible and beautiful!

We had one person who is wheelchair bound and was able to get around the house easily. The shower has a small lip however and would benefit having a shower chair or bench. Otherwise the facilities, location and house overall was amazing!
