LIVING SPACE
Spacious open-plan living/dining area with a stone fireplace, 32" LCD TV, and DVD player. Dining room suitable for up to 4 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. Large balcony with views of the surrounding complexes.

BED and BATH
The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a sofabed in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.

PARKING and AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. Guests at Lake Placid Lodge can enjoy use of the common laundry facilities, common hot tub, and heated outdoor pool.

DISTANCES
The main Creekside bus stop is less than a 2 minute walk away and will take guests to the lifts and Village in 10 to 15 minutes. The Village is a 10 to 12 minute drive away and the Creekside Gondola is across the street.

Great location, modest accommodations
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - steps to Creekside gondola, rentals, supplies and restaurants. Lake Placid is an older lodge, specific apartment quite small, not updated with some maintenance issues.

Reasonable stay
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, however pots and pans were dented, old and challenging to use. There was no bathtub plug and despite calling attention to this, it was not attended to.

Another fantastic stay at LPL
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been staying in the LPL complex in various suites since the late 1990's as the location, accommodation and amenities are unbeatable. Wished we would have bought a 2-3 bedroom unit then!

Reviewer Comments: Staying @ #121 @ Lake Place was truly enjoyable.The apartment was super clean and tidy.The only remark is that kitchenware (like frying pans) should be replaced because it's aged and possibly not safe for use.Looking forward to coming again.

Not usually like ground floor but felt very safe and it was quiet and respectful throughout the facility.Pool and hot tub were enjoyed every day and we loved the walkable location.
