San Carlos 1201, located at 365 East Beach Blvd, is the perfect beach vacation spot you've been searching for! Spend your time in this beautiful property, complete with a zero-entry pool, convenient poolside his-and-hers restrooms, an exercise room with windows facing the Gulf, and a relaxing sauna. Walk less than half a mile on the beach, and you arrive at The Hangout restaurant and local shops and attractions!

This lovely three bedroom unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and a wet bar. With two en suites, the first master suite, which has access to the beach front, corner balcony, has a king size bed and walk in shower – and garden tub. The second en suite has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has two full beds, access to a third bathroom, and a window overlooking Gulf State Park.

If you're looking for stunning views, spacious accommodations, wonderful amenities, and a convenient location, look no more; San Carlos 1201 is for you!

Amazing trip

We stayed hear with our adult kids in there 20’s. Condo was exactly as advertised. Very spacious with comfortable furnishings and well decorated. Perfect location- close to shopping, restaurants and night life. Pool was nice and the beach doesn’t get any better than that!

Love the corner balcony, provides great views of the Gulf and beach. Kitchen well stocked, Festa ware abounds, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Every bedroom has a bathroom, so convenient.

Perfect in every way!

This was a fabulous property in a perfect location! The online description and photos are completely accurate - the unit was very clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well-stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and the views were fabulous. The property was well-maintained and within walking distance of most anything one would need or want. Bender was responsive and fabulous, too! I highly recommend this property!

We loved that the condo was within walking distance of several great restaurants; everything you could want was nearby. Parking at the building is somewhat limited, but there is a large lot directly across the street. Our family also appreciated the elevators in the building. There are three of them and they are all fairly fast. We have stayed in other condominiums where trying to get an elevator can be a nightmare. There were also plenty of carts on site to assist with move in and move out. The condo itself was as advertised, very comfortable, with everything we needed. We hope to visit again in the future.
