Luxury beach living at its finest! Stunning updated gulf front condo with contemporary design and unobstructed ocean views from the 12th floor.

San Carlos condominium community is located on East Beach Blvd, half a mile from the Highway 59 intersection, in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama and its famous white sandy beaches. Within a short walking distance you have many dining and entertainment options including the Hangout, the Pink Pony and Seas and Suds. Golfing, Fishing, Waterparks, Go Karts are just a few minutes easy drive away.

Easy access amenities in this condo development include gym, sauna, zero-entry pool, grilling area, and ice vending machine.

Enjoy sunrises and sunsets and sweeping views of the gulf and its white sandy beaches from the large balcony with comfortable patio furniture for relaxing or dining al fresco.

In the main living area you have comfortable living room furniture with reclining leather sofa and a large 75" Smart TV in case you want to take a break from the beach to watch the big game. All TV's have Google TV with Youtube TV. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors open up to the large balcony.

There is a fold down queen murphy bed with pillow top mattress in main living area for additional sleeping options.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, stocked with dishes, glassware, pots/pans, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, blender for fruity drinks, and grilling tools. Refrigerator has an ice maker but additional ice can be purchased on site in parking garage, on your way to the beach or pool.

There are 3 bar stools and a table with 4 chairs for inside dining seating.

The primary bedroom is Gulf Front with a floor to ceiling glass sliding door leading to the balcony. A king size bed with Tempur-pedic cooling gel topper is provided for your sleeping comfort. There is a 55' smart TV with Youtube TV for all the regular and many premium channels. The en-suite bathroom has his and her vanity sinks with illuminated mirrors, along with a large walk-in closet. There is an oversized shower with additional hand held shower head.

The secondary bedroom includes a full bathroom with tub and has a 50" smart TV and closet with ample storage for clothing.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with luxury linens, towels and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames hotel-sized toiletries.

Unfortunately the condo development does not allow guest to bring pets.

Parking pass is purchased separately through San Carlos management, level 3 of the building for parking pass. 1 vehicle per unit, $50/each.

Cleaning fee is $200
NO ANIMALS.

The property was amazing. Although, when we arrived we couldn't get in the property for over 2hrs. I thought it was me not putting in the Code right. You know you will get locked out if you don't put the Code in right after 3 tries, so I went to Walmart.We was gone for over 2hrs and still couldn't get in once we returned. I decided to call the owner and she made me feel REALLY BAD like I did something to the door. My husband and I decided to go to the 3rd floor for assistance and guess WHAT they replaced the battery and it worked. So I guess it wasn't my fault after all. (Apology Accepted) Other than that the stay was AMAZING........

Summer Stay at San Carlos

SUCH a great time! The overall complex is well kept, quick elevators, great staff. The association team knew our unit owner by name even... what an impression!! The home is impeccable, owner made sure we were completely comfortable and checked in without a hitch. Everything was so carefully curated for maximum enjoyment of the space and of our trip! They did a phenomenal job on recent renovations -super cute and very comfortable! Even better than we expected. Had a great stay!

Phenomenal condo and location! Superb communication! Host Emily is wonderful! Last minute Moms and Daughters get-a way turned into a plush and fancy vacay! The cleanliness and attention to detail is unbelievable! High end furniture, decor, beds, linens, kitchen, patio-just everything! Plenty of dishes, utensils, and appliances to easily take care of a family! Recommend percent! Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great condo!

Great location within walking distance of everything we needed! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed to make it a great stay. We had an issue with being locked out one evening and the owner answered immediately and fixed it on the spot (great service). Would definitely book with them again. Beach distance and use was perfect as well!

Perfect condo and getaway

The condo was absolutely stunning and had everything we could need or want. The attention to detail was incredible. The owner made sure that we had all the information that we needed to have a smooth check-in and stay. We can’t wait to return to Gulf Shores and this condo will be at the very top of our list!

It was everything described and then some. Would highly recommend to anyone who want a front row seat to the ocean and beach. Accommodations were perfect. Host was very accommodating and very pleasant to visit with. Responded promptly.

Amazing Trip

Another amazing trip to the Gulf Shores area. Such an awesome area. Condo was incredible. Furnishings, cleanliness, location, amenities, etc were all top notch. Emily was a pleasure to work with and communication after a small issue I caused was very quick. Could not have been more pleased. We will definitely look to book this condo again when returning to the area. Thanks Emily!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo. Very comfortable beds. Huge shower in master. Easy access to beach and stunning views. Would stay here again. I was surprised that we only had two rolls of toilet paper and no extra trash bags for kitchen trash for a 4 night stay with 4 people. Owner said it was an oversight by the housekeeper but you may want to bring extra.

Perfect condo for family beach trip!!

Wonderful condo, updated throughout with well stocked kitchen with pans/utensils, very comfortable beds with high quality bedding, well furnished main areas and all the extras, updated awesome main bathroom/shower. Main closet has baby items (pack n play, high chair, seat and toys), porch storage with some beach toys and even light weight beach chairs. Laundry machines very new and clean. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Beach access and pool clean, well kept. Office staff very helpful during check in process, property felt safe and secure. Gave 4 stars for check in because had issues with the VRBO app not sending messages through so more a reflection of the app than this property. Property management team was very responsive and made up for it with great service the rest of the trip.

Spectacular Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Vrbo in gulf shores for Hangout fest. This stay was nothing short of spectacular! The view from the place was absolutely amazing, which truly enhanced the whole experience. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. What a beautiful place!

We absolutely loved our stay! This condo is perfect…location, clean, and updated! The furniture, beds, and all amenities were much nicer than other units we visited where friends were staying. Exceeded Expectations

Everything about this condo exceeded our expectations. This condo shows and feels more like a personal residence then the standard churn and burn condos out in the rental market. Communication was fantastic with the owner, very fast response time. It was very quite and we were there for the tail end of shrimp fest when we expected to hear a ton of noise. View from deck was stunning, and the table and chairs on the deck were top notch. Will book again on our next trip to Gulf Shores.

Fantastic stay, which is second time in the condo tower. Unit is nicely updated and communication with owner was excellent. Location can’t be beat. Highly recommend.
