Our private apartment has a modern design and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 2-3 minutes (motorbike) away or a 10-12 minute walk. The building is new, with great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with a sunbathing area, exercise room, 24 hour security and covered parking area.
The bedroom features a queen size bed, wardrobe and a safety box, private balcony with a washing machine for convenience. The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, microwave and kettle. Private Wi-Fi is available for working online or streaming your favorite shows.
There are 3 swimming pools at the Condo, one on the rooftop and two swimming pools around the building, as well as a gym with AC and view.
For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Cleaning services are not included in the price, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request.
