Great Peoperty

Tracey made this an exceptionally great stay. The house is clean and close to everything we needed to do. The communication with Tracy was excellent and efficient. I’m using this property every time I visit my son in Port Orange! 50 stars!

Short and sweet

We stayed in this home to visit our family member in Port Orange. The house was safe and quiet. We were hardly even at the house, as we spent time visiting with our family at their home. Some surfaces were a bit sticky, but overall it was decorated nicely and everything worked as it should

Family getaway

The property was exactly what our family needed for our trip to the Daytona area. We loved being close to all that Daytona has to offer, while being tucked away in a peaceful oasis.

Great neighborhood and big yard

The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Very good location for enjoying the coastal town stores and restaurants. It was a pleasant stay.

Tucked away gem

This property was easy to find and convenient to everything. Immaculately clean, large bathrooms and nice neighbors surrounding. We didn’t use the grill or outdoor patio but it would be great for a little bbq in the sunshine. Highly recommend this property.

The house was better than the pictures. Location was ideal , minutes to beaches , grocery and great restaurants. Fully stocked with beach gear, chairs and towels. We really enjoyed the luxury bed linens after a day in the sun.

Christmas at the Rose Bay house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay through the Christmas holiday. The house was very clean and decorated very nice. The backyard was great to just sit and enjoy. The kitchen was fully equipped with pretty much anything and everything we needed to prepare meals. We also enjoyed a walk to Rose Bay and watched the sunset. We would definitely stay there again.

Plumbing nightmare

2nd night in the residence I spent half the night mopping and repairing pipes and extracting water from beneath the kitchen sink. Guest bathroom sink would not drain, so it was not an option. They came to re-repair the kitchen sink the next morning but didn’t fix then guest bath sink. Told me that they will have to come back. Never did. Backyard full of biting insects. They were really nice people, just not great at customer service. Never even apologize, for the inconvenience.

Close to Events and Park

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during the World Cheerleading competition. It was close enough to the Ocean Center and the Bandshell, but far enough away that we weren't in major traffic. We enjoyed the walk to Rose Park. For geocachers, there are a few good ones in the area. Tracey was a great communicator! My niece arrived earlier than we did so Tracey was great giving her directions in. We had a few questions, and Tracey promptly answered our texts. Our dogs loved the fenced yard... and the neighbors were very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing time during stressful competition.

It was wonderful to be able to leave the stress and noise of hundreds of stressed out dancers to go to this house. We loved not having to eat out, letting the kids destress without worry or having to watch them constantly because of the fenced in backyard. Everything we needed was already there. Thank you.

Lovely Pet Friendly Near Beach

The home was lovely, clean, and well appointed. The dogs could romp in a very large backyard, and their was plenty of outdoor lighting for safety. The drive to the beach was very easy and the neighborhood was cute. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant quiet place

Very roomy, we had 6 adults stay 2 days. All the amenities were there. The toilet in the hallway does not flush quickly. So we contacted our rental assistant and she told us to hold down handle for 4 seconds and that worked fine. But the shower in that room drained slow along with the left kitchen sink. I was ok with it but one of the adults stay was no ok with it. The back yard and Port were wonderful. The dining room table is a nice large size fit six to eat n play cards. Furniture was all very comfortable and very clean. A/c and heat work very well. I would say there again.
