Our home is located in a safe, and quiet family neighborhood. It is 5 minutes from Daytona 500, and Daytona Airport and shopping and restaurants. The beach and the Pier are a 10 minute drive.

The house is renovated with a split floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are vaulted ceilings in living room with huge tv and dining/kitchen. The front deck has seating and fire pit. There is a large screened in patio with tv and bbq. The backyard is fenced in with a swing which is great for children. There’s central air conditioning and heat, and washer and dryer.
