Good location

We love staying in the Aspens - great location (ski in, ski out; close to restaurants) and nice amenities (3 hot tubs and pool). The unit is a little worn down for the price, but has a nice view of the ski slope and is fairly quiet (after 10 pm). Would stay there again.

the location made up for the tired looking furnishings! A little pricey but again the location is great! We would still rebook. Whistler Premier front desk staff super friendly and helpful😀

Not maintained or cleaned very well.

First thing we did was take a couple of wine glasses out of the cupboard and they were filthy. Greasy fingerprints all over them. Check out is 10 am and we checked in at 4pm because the room wasn't ready yet. That's 6 hours to prep the room, and yet there was dusty surfaces, dirty glasses, the front door trim was falling off, the window screen is not secure, the bathtub moves up and down when you're showering, the toilet flush handle is just weird, the decor is crying out for an update, the mountain view is obstructed by the trees, the back entry gate to the pool area is right below the suite so you get to hear loud people attempting to enter the gate code several times before someone from the inside finally lets them in, and no a/c! This is 2021 and this suite is the only one we've stayed in for the last three years with no a/c. Wow. Now that's a cheap owner. Show some respect to your guests and buy an a/c unit, fix what is broken, and actually clean the place. Thank you.

Hello Wayne, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and provide valuable feedback! We're very disappointed to hear the suite was not spotless upon your arrival. I can assure you our cleaning team is working thoroughly to make sure that our units are properly cleaned and sanitized for the following guests. Our cleaning team absolutely came and cleaned your unit prior to your arrival, they must have missed those details. Our sincere apologies. Please know we always aim to deliver a great guest experience and am sorry to hear in this instance our staff fell short. We will use the feedback to improve and to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future and show you an enjoyable experience. Each individual property reflects the tastes and lifestyle of the individual owner. Please know our listings are transparent, and there wasn't indication that this unit supplied AC. Although each property will be completely equipped for rental purposes we cannot accept responsibility for aesthetic conflicts. - Management Team
