This is a cosy 2 bedroom, open plan home. Sleeps 4 people, great for families. Heat pump. North facing. With plenty of off street parking. Close to hospital, CDB. Gateway to north, south east and west of southland. Bluff 25mins CBD 6mins. Riverton 40mins. 9 minutes from the airport. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are outside areas for smoking. We also have a secruity camera which is used when the home is empty. Please read the blue folder under the TV, the oven instructions are there as well as the wifi information.

Very close to airport, couldn’t believe how quite the traffic was in the 3 days here, easy to locate stores etc, not far from Bluff Sign post. Accommodation neat, tidy and everything you need for a nice weekend away from Auckland, Josie and partner were excellent with communication before taking over house.

We loved our stay in Josie and Ross’s home. All the extras like maps brochures kitchen extras games etc. Very comfortable bed.Anyone could very easily stay here for weeks. Thanks Russel and Noreen.

Excellent property.

This is an excellent property with nice thoughtful touches by the host. One shortcoming is that there is NO clothes dryer. The other unfortunately is the place is small and with 4 large suitcases it is difficult to find a spot to open them.

Perfect for our stay

A lovely modern and tidy 2 bedroom place which was in a convenient location for our event. A great place to stay and hosts were very welcoming. We would be more than happy to stay here again if we returned to Invercargill in the future.

Nice clean place

Nice and clean place with lots of room. Beds were not very comfortable unfortunately. Theres a ring doorbell which is mentioned in the listing but doesn't say anything about its range. It is pointed right onto the patio so unfortunately it doesnt feel very relaxed to sit there (even though the add says it is only used when the house is vacant)

Highest point in town ;)

This place is great value for families. It was just myself, my partner & our little 1yr old (22months) but we did have my aunty visit for lunch and dinner. We stayed two nights, arrived to a pre-warmed house and great set-up. There are maps of Invercargill, Bluff and the Catlins. It was close to family located 2-5mins either side of this new build. Tv with sky movies/sports. Free wifi, full kitchen & bathroom including bath (great for little children) and even a washing machine! Porta-cot onsite was an extra bonus too. We loved our stay and felt at home during our stay. Highly recommend for long stays or homebodies who need a second home for a short stay.

Weekend getaway

A very cosy,lovely house.Exceptionally clean,smelt lovely when we walked in,and it was warm even though there was no heating on.Comfy bed,great shower.The kitchen was well equipped. Would stay again. Many Thanks to our hosts🙂

Clean, modern, quiet and well equipped.

Lovely wee house, spotlessly clean, so quiet. Stayed here while we attended a local dance competition. We had struggled to find accommodation as there were other events on. So glad we found this place. So much nicer than a motel! And choccie biccies on arrival were very much appreciated. Lovely helpful hosts too. We will definitely try and stay here again if we can for our next visit.
