Sunrise 1770 is an expansive estate with parking facilities provided at pools & various beach access points.

Sunrise estate is located a short 5 minute drive from the main town centre of Agnes Water, here you will find specialty shops, supermarket, cafes & restaurants. Further on, another 5 min drive you will come upon the historical Town 1770 location point for Great Barrier Reef day trips.

This private gated estate is governed by on-site body corp managers whom are active with ensuring regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms & that the property is suitable for your needs. Bookings are only accepted for families & quiet respectful people.
Regulations;
- Strict no after-hours noise policy applies from 9pm, loud music or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, large all adult group gatherings for party type events, buck, hens nights , weddings, 21sts, youth groups including schoolies - are not permitted
- Strict numbers as per registration form permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.
- 30km speed limit at all times
- If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints you may be asked to vacate ( a refund will not be issued)
- No caravans, boats or camping permitted at properties
