This comfortable 4 bedroom 2.5 bath condo in the Hideaway Valley Association is perfect for a family getaway! This unit has great amenities including a full kitchen with granite countertops, leather furniture, and an outside dining area with an umbrella. Renters also have access to the Hideaway Valley Association private pool, pickle ball, tennis, and basketball courts! Conveniently located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey and adjacent to the Offield Family Viewlands which offer many hiking and biking trails. Just a short drive to skiing, biking, hiking, golf and dining at Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands.

Up North Memories

We have stayed at Hideaway Valley many times through the years. This location was ideal. The views from the balconies were lovely. The grandchildren enjoyed all of the green space for RUNNING! It was so nice having the pool, playground and tennis courts close by. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. The deck had lots of seating which we appreciated. We were dazzled by the clean windows!! The family pictures around the house added a homey touch! It was great to have a working grill for hamburgers. I would definitely recommend this unit. Our other family members stayed in units close to us so it was easy to get together. All in all, a wonderful place for a vacation.

Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. It was clean and well stocked and maintained. The only concern is parking, there are only two spots at the condo, and they are very small.

Wonderful wedding stay

We have been coming up for years using my Aunts condo. However with a family wedding at the nature center we had many family members who need several units. From what I hear from the wedding party and extended family nobody was disappointed with Hideaway Valley.

The condo was clean and we had plenty of space. Lots of nice extras like books, games, linens etc. However, the beds are hard, and the community pool is closed for extensive repairs. The listing needs to reflect this.

The Cable package doesn't match the card which means you need to upgrade the existing package. Also, the basement dehumidifier isn't draining thru the hose. I had to manually empty it twice. You should mention the housekey is on a hook at the basement door. Nice touch providing dishwasher & laundry soap; consider including dryer sheets. Otherwise, quite nice.

Excellent!

Super comfortable condo, with plenty of room for a big family or a group of friends. Very clean, stocked with anything and everything you can think of. Convenient location near ski resorts and a short drive to nearby towns.

Well-Equipped Kitchen

Great location. Close to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Mackinaw Island, kayaking, beach and a pool and tennis court on site. Natural center next door provides wonderful walking paths. The house was clean and very well equipped. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, glasses, dinnerware, and plenty of kitchen appliances. Lot of room for the entire family. Can't wait to book our next summer vacation here.
