Harbor Cove #82 is Handicap Accessible. This end unit condo has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (slps 10).

The main floor features the Primary Bedroom with fireplace and walk-in shower, full laundry, and guest bedroom including attached 3/4 bath. The kitchen has ample counter space looking down into the living area with new furniture and wood burning fireplace.

The upstairs of this unit has three bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) and shared full bath.

Gas and charcoal grills are available throughout the Harbor Cove community.

Located within walking distance from the beautiful shores of Little Traverse Bay between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. This is a great place to come make memories and take in all that Northern Michigan has to offer!

PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO POOL ACCESS AFTER SUMMER 2022, AS POOL HOUSE REBUILD / RENOVATIONS WILL BE IN PROGRESS.

Ski weekend

Had a great time at Highlands. The condo was the perfect place to settle down for the night. Great location and plenty of room.

Great weekend getaway retreat

Condo was in a great location. Very clean and comfortable for our group. Loved the condo complex. Beds were very comfortable.

Great value for the price

This was a great condo for the price. Overall, no complaints. The location is beautiful, with land preserves and hiking trails surrounding the condo neighborhood. The private beach is lovely and just a short walk away (with plenty of parking if you’re not a walker). I thought the proximity to the airport might be a problem, but I only saw six planes in a week - all on Thursday evening (weekenders). There were a few small maintenance issues as mentioned in other reviews, but many of those had already been corrected -new Pella sliding doors, and windows are scheduled for replacement - hopefully that will include new blinds (blinds were mostly functional, but old). The bedroom furniture is old and dated, but serviceable. Linens are professionally cleaned and plentiful. Every bathroom had nice quality soaps, shampoo & conditioner. Basic needs were addressed - dishwasher & laundry detergent, new sponge in the kitchen, plenty of dishes and flatware. Some reviews stated that the condo was not clean. I’m fussy, and I thought it was fine. The appliances could use a good deep cleaning, but overall the unit was very clean. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Annual Summer Trip to HS

Can’t wait to return especially once the new facilities are complete. You can’t beat Harbor Cove for amenities and location. We have stayed in the Harbor Cove community for many years and than explored other properties but for the money you can’t beat the accommodations for a family. Only thing, if you have a lot of coffee drinkers, bring your own coffee pot.

We love it here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay here annually and always have a great experience with the home and Graham Management. Love the location and amenities. It's a great layout for our family. We'll be back next year!
