Welcome to the Acqua Beach House in Busselton town. This is the ideal house to relax and unwind. Conveniently located a short distance to the jetty, cafes, restaurants, bars and beaches. This spacious modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house has all the comforts you will need for your family holiday. Includes a large central split reverse cycle air conditioner for cooling/heating in the main living area, x3 bedrooms also have split reverse air conditioners.fully enclosed secure yard for children and a built in undercover BBQ. Strictly MAX 6 guests including children, NO leavers, NO parties or loud music family's and older peolpe most welcome to stay over younger groups of peolpe. CCTV on the outside perimiter of property.

A well appointed holiday home, lots of space for a family of 6, close to Busselton Jetty and shopping Centre.

Great holiday house

Great house with lots of space in-door and outdoor. Clean, well maintained and secure. We had amazing holidays at Busselton and we loved our stay at Acqua Beach House.Please note that despite the 4 bedrooms, the house can only accomodate 6 persons max but definitely worth it for a family of 6.

Spacious property, convenient location

Rachel’s communication was great and the house is amazingly located and spacious with everything you need. Great secure fence for kids.

Good location, close to our wedding venue

Lovely stay. A few minor things but it certainly didn’t dampen our holiday.

Fantastic family holiday home

Our young kids loved the big open plan living and lush grass in the garden. The house is great for multiple families, with heaps of room to spread out. Rachel was very quick to reply to messages and provide info when we asked. Highly reccommended!

My Holiday

Hi all, this is a positive review of another comfortable house on VRBO, this is our 4th time using VRBO/ Stayz. And each time has not been a disappointment. I would thoroughly recommend this house as a house that is comfortable. Rachel as the owner and manager is a good communicator and professional. The house is close to the beach and within walking distance of Busselton town. The only negative for us and some may think it's not a big deal. Is that I didn't have a smart tv for us to watch movies after a long day visiting many wonderful places in the southwest. Only it made us but board games and have more family time! Which as I said it wasn't a real big problem. Thank you to the owners for providing a lovely holiday home

Lovely Accomodation close to Busselton

The holiday house was spacious. The beds were comfortable and it was in a great location which was on a quiet street yet just a short stroll to the beach and town centre.

Thanks so much, The house was perfect, beds were amazing and I loved the little extras like coffee and spreads( I always forget spreads ) We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

Fantastic location

A lovely and fully equipped house in a beautiful and convenient location. Only gripe was the wifi was difficult to access as it only worked on the 5g option (which some older electronics may not be able to access). But definitely a lovely place to stay that is incredibly well managed.
