Welcome to The Breakers, a prime 120-unit beachfront complex on the stunning Hilton Head Island. Perfectly situated directly on the ocean and just across the street from Coligny Plaza, you'll have easy access to over 60 shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store. Plus, the new Celebration Park is within walking distance, making it simple to explore without needing your car. Enjoy the convenience of walking or biking to all your favorite destinations!

This charming 518-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bath unit is ideal for a couple or a small family. The recently renovated full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, makes meal prep a breeze. The separate bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a double armoire, while kids will love the built-in bunk beds in the hall, each with its own Smart TV. The living room includes a sofa sleeper, and there’s also a washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy cable TV and high-speed internet for your entertainment needs.

The Breakers offers a year-round heated pool and a separate unheated children's pool. Two elevators and a private boardwalk with a sand shower add to the convenience. The famous “Pool Bar Jim’s” is to the left and the “Tiki Hut” is to the right, providing great dining options right on the beach.

Hilton Head Island boasts 100 miles of bike trails and over 30 golf courses. With so many restaurants within walking distance and a range of activities right outside your door, you’ll find everything you need for a fantastic vacation.

Parking Notes: The Breakers limits parking to one car per unit, with no street parking allowed. Parking passes are required. Please note that boat, golf cart, and trailer parking is not permitted. The complex is smoke-free, pet-free, and grilling is not allowed.

Weekend getaway

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here! The condo is very newly renovated and a great location - walking distance to the beach and to many area restaurants. The space was very clean and we were able to cook meals when we wanted to. The property uses a rental service, and the main office was very helpful and located close by. Overall a great place to stay!

Wonderful in Every Way!

We loved our stay at 107Breakers! We had a beautiful time at the beach. Our children and grandchildren were staying close by in another unit, so we just had the sweetest family time at the beach, horse and pony farm, Celebrations playground, bike riding, and being in such a sweet area together. This location is great for so many fun events! We hope to see you again. Thank you for a beautiful home away from home.

Perfect Little Get Away

Property was clean and exactly as described. Location was key. Walkable to the beach, the pool, the tiki bar next door, and the shops and restaurants across the street. First time in HH but we already know we will be back and will re-book this unit!!

Great Location!

Overall the property was clean and the location was great! My kids loved the bunk beds and were happy to have their own personal tv’s. Only thing that was a little rough was kitchen supplies but we probably do more cooking then the average family on vacation. Just more silverware and pots would have been great.

Overall a great stay

The location was great and everything was accessible which was so nice. The unit was very clean. There were very few cooking utensils in the unit. One of the advantages of staying in a condo, rather than a hotel is being able to cook our own meals so more items like a colander would have been helpful. An upgrade on mattresses would make a huge difference as well.

Reviewer Comments: The beach access was great, pool was wonderful, security at the villa was great and the check in and out was easy and smooth. However, the furniture in the rental is very worn in from years of use, dirty and uncomfortable. We had to use sheets to cover the furniture and purchase a mattress topper due to its dirty appearance and pull out sofa and couch was very uncomfortable. Master bedroom comforter, area rugs around the rental and pillows were all poor condition and dirty from lots of use.The kitchen is updated which was good.

Fun little weekend getaway

We came up for Memorial Day weekend. We were late getting un but the property managers were so helpful in making sure we had exactly what we needed for checking in. The place was accurately listed and just as we expected if not better. Even though we were there on a busy weekend, we had no complaibts of noise or anything. Very nice little community! Checking out was just as simple and very accommodating! We will be back!

Cute condo in great location

This was our second time at the Breakers. The unit this time was more updated with a comfier pull out couch, but the view wasn’t as good. You could see people on the public beach plaza, which could be entertaining but I prefer the ocean view. The condo itself was fine. Clean, towels and pillows were good. There wasn’t an extra blanket for the pull out sofa, but it’s summer so whatever. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but again, we ate out a lot so that wasn’t a problem. My biggest issue were the bunk beds. They were super cute and each had its own TV. The mattresses were pretty bad. Investing in thicker padding would be a complete game changer. My sons could feel the slats beneath them when they lay down. Also we could smell a lot of weed being enjoyed in other condos whenever we left the unit. Not great but again, whatever. It’s the beach. You can’t beat the location though! And having a private gate to the beach is so nice. The extra beach toys and chairs were also a nice touch.

I told the second shift security guard. He said he would of said something if he was there. That pool guy needs to be written up or not come back. Good for the right family

We enjoyed the unit. We went to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday. The location was wonderful the unit was clean. Have a few things to consider if I stayed there again. The elevator near our unit was broken. That meant mom needed to walk with bad knees further than expected. Not impossible, just difficult. The queen bed was fine, but we were 4 grown women. This unit is not comfortable for sleeping arrangements. The hall cots may be good for very young children as the mattresses were paper thin. The sofa bed was useless, the most uncomfortable I’ve been on. One of us ended up just sleeping on couch and that is too short for an adult. It was super convenient to shopping and dining and the beach. If I had small kids and my husband. I’d definitely stay again. However since I don’t I will not be back.

Great Location. New Remodel needs some things.

My overall impression was very favorable. This is the best location I could imagine as you were right on Coligny beach. The only issue I have is there's nowhere to store close in this unit. There's no end tables next to the bed and there's no dressers or closets. We literally had to hang our clothes over the bedroom door and there were no hangers so had to keep them folded. If they install some hooks for hanging clothes and put them in some dressers then this would be an A+. It was a brand new remodel so there were a couple issues of drywall dust that hadn't been cleaned up yet and a couple of the doors were sticking but the management company offered to handle it all immediately. Big recommendation if you want the best location. Also no elevator in the building so as long as you can climb one flight of stairs your good :) we would stay there again for certain but hope they had some end tables and dresser or at least Hooks. :-)

Minus the curtains was great !

We’ve stayed at this location before. This was our 1st time at this unit. It has nicely been redone . A nicely equipped kitchen with plenty of linens . Only issue we had was no curtains just sone sheers in living room so all in parking lot & next door park cam see in mainly at night. & that the bedroom had sone blinds but because they were not Inside window & no room dark I g curtain the light streams in at night. But the rental company responded swiftly & I had mentioned buying some that they would re imburse us. We just never made it .Used a beach towel. Other than that. Great location walk to great restaurants, shopping lab music and even the Piggly Wiggly grocery store makes it easy all ride bikes😁 I would recommend this unit again! The cleaning g crew was a little early & I like to ore clean on checkout . We stripped bed, cleaned shower/bath put dirties in bathroom floor n took out trash. Also think it’s nice to leave tip as they worked holiday so we did so .

Perfect condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! I was a little nervous about the size as we had 2 adults and 3 children. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how much room this condo had. The unit was very clean, well taken care of and decorated super cute! Everyone in and around the condos were incredibly nice. Everyone we met was so kind! The location of this place was incredible. We walked down to the beach every single morning and watched the sunrise. The pool was nice and warm in the evenings (we went late March) and was well lit. My little one enjoyed night swimming a lot! We walked everywhere! Coligny Plaza is right across the road where you can find live music, shops, restaurants, bars, and again- super nice people! Tips- Bring your own beach towels- there isn't any in the unit, which is fine.. those get stolen i'm sure! The unit also doesn't provide beach toys or chairs.. but again, i'm sure those will get taken if they did. May need some more toilet paper and laundry soap if you stay longer than a couple of days (and if you have 5 people with you!) - I didn't call and ask to get more as I figured i'd just pick some up and Piggly Wiggly and leave some for the next people. Thank you for the amazing place to stay. We plan on coming down next year and doing the same thing!

Good beachfront location

The beachfront location is the only reason this unit was tolerable. The check-in process is outdated- there is no reason to go to the office to pick up the door code.We we're also given a key. When we arrived, the unit was very dirty. The floors had not been cleaned at all. There are sheers on the patio doors facing the parking lot and Coligny beach public access. You can see into the unit, especially at night. I messaged the rental company thru VRBO to ask for an extra sheet to cover the window. They never responded! We made a makeshift curtain to cover the patio and bedroom windows. I also bought a swiffer to clean the floors. When it was time to check out, we were packing our things to the car a few minutes before the 10:00 checkout time. We went back to the room right at 10 to get the trash and they had changed the door code. I had to call the rental company to let us back in. We left and stopped by a local shop before dropping the key off & leaving. I received a call from the rental company at 10:50 wanting to know when we planned to bring the key. The lady on the phone had such attitude. We were never told that they expected the key at 10:00. They do not give any check out instructions. I will never rent from this particular rental company again. They have horrible customer service, no communication with customers.

The condo in particular that we had was closest to the main beach entrance which we didn't love, it would have been nice to have oceanfront. Also, all mattresses could be updated as they were very uncomfortable. Also the lack of supplies was disappointing. We couldn't even sweep or mop the floor while we were there as there were no supplies to do so. Also the washing machine was not cleaned prior to our visit.

Great Location

The property looks exactly as the photos show, and it was clean. Most importantly...it was clean. Except for the couch and recliner which were dirty from age and wear. We threw a sheet over them for the stay which made us feel better. Very updated decor (except the couch and chair), great location, easy walk to the beach--very easy walk to the beach. Not much of a view. Being on the first floor, the trees have the ocean view blocked so you are mostly looking at the parking lot. The grounds and pool area were clean and well-kept too. Now for the bad. There are serious issues with the drains in this unit. The dishwasher was displaying an error when we arrived. We could not clear it. The repairman came the next day and cleared the drain, but we were not confident that he had actually fixed the problem so we chose not to use it. The shower drain also had major issues. By the time our shower was finished, the water in the tub was more than ankle-deep. (Another reason we weren't confident the dishwasher could be used.) For this reason, also, we were afraid to use the washer since all drains were probably connected. Much confussion about the living room curtains--or lack of. There is no privacy. NONE AT ALL. What curtains that are there are sheer and only cover half the sliding door. Anyone in the parking lot or at the public beach access can see in. We hung sheets. It looked awful but worked. We also had to hang another sheet over the bedroom window because the gaps on the sides of the blinds were huge. Anyone walking by could see in easily. (My husband needs the owners to know that the blinds should have been hung inside the window frame, not on the outside. That problem can be fixed in five minutes. If the drain problems are fixed and the privacy issue was fixed this would be a 5-star unit. More confusion-- we arrived after the Vacation Time office had closed, so they emailed us a CODE to a dropbox at their office which contained our CODE to the condo. This made no sense. Why could they not just email the code to the room? This process really needs updating. There was no reason to make us go to the office.

Great location, needs some maintenance.

Overall we had a great time here. The unit is as described, decorated nicely. It has everything you need from washer/dryer to beach chairs and umbrellas, to pots and pans. The kids loved the bunk beds but as people have said they are narrow and good for smaller children. Our check -in was easy and hassle free. Our only real issue was some maintenance items. The management company responded quickly which was great. The unit was not very clean. There was food on the walls in the kitchen, the walls were fairly scuffed and marked up in every room and the bathroom needed a deep cleaning. If those were addressed we would definitely stay again. Very close to everything, restaurants, shopping, grocery store, a nice park for the kids to play.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Breaker’s is a great place to stay. It is next to ColigNy and beach front. As the description says, it’s a 1BR, 1BA condo and Is very small. There are 4 TV’s however the set-up of the main TV is different than the setup of the BR and bunk bed TV’s. The storage chest on the patio had 2 beach chairs and a couple of big beach umbrellas. This was very convenient. When we got to the condo, the Internet was not working. We called the office and they sent someone out to fix it. The day before we left, we had the same problem and once again contacted the office. They didn’t send anyone out but since we we’re leaving the next day, we didn’t follow-up on it. The main pool was closed a couple of days during our stay but the kiddie pool was open. This was not a big deal since we were there for the beach. It would be more convenient if the access code to the condo could be emailed to the guests instead of having to go by the office to pick up the access code. In the days of needing physical keys to enter the condo, that makes sense but not with key codes.
