Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect, and the place was super clean and tidy (though it could use some new and extra pillows for the king bed).The management team was also awesome—very attentive and great at communicating. Highly recommend!

Very nice, cozy condo on the beach. Very clean and the owners were very communicative throughout the stay and checked in if we needed anything. My only thing I would note is that the entrance to the condo is right in the bedroom which just caught us off guard at first, and the bed is very high off the floor so someone with mobility issues may have some difficulties. Had a wonderful stay!

Was perfect for two people. Clean and renovated. Had everything in the kitchen you could need. Nice shower in the bathroom. Pool and parking lot cleaned each morning. Easy walk to the beach from the room. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was amazing. Great views to the ocean, very close to the elevator and very clean and quiet. The free rental bikes were an added bonus. I plan on booking this same condo again soon. The hosts are super quick to answering any questions. An overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!

This room has a beautiful view. The room is as described and we had an amazing trip. The property has a good beach access. The property is within walking distance of excellent restaurants and shops. We especially liked the Sandbar restaurant. We highly recommend this property.

Clean and comfortable. Just the right size for two people. Close to the beach. The balcony was as portrayed in the photo. No problem with enough parking. Excellent communication with host. The only glitch was that the bikes advertised as included were not in usable condition. Flat tires and the seat adjustment was rusted closed. The owner offered alternative bikes but one of them had a punctured tire.

This property is as advertised and we had a great stay. The owner was very responsive to communication (for example, we asked for a box fan to help the A/C better cool the bedroom and this was provided in a quick time frame). The location is excellent as we could walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. While the property is not perfect and I would not recommend for more than 2 people (it seems like an older building) it was very clean, quiet, close enough to the elevator to be convenient, the bed was comfortable, and you can use one of the many luggage carts available.

This unit provides great views of the beach. Close access to elevators. Updated interior really facilitates a comfortable stay. We love the proximity to Coligny and the park. We enjoy walking in the mornings and the walk/bike paths are great. Definitely recommend

Wonderful Villa! Everything about this Villa is exceptional! 5 min walk to the beach, beach chairs and bikes at the location are free to use, parking close to Villa, very quiet, lovely pool, can see the ocean from the patio, King bed, very clean, walk or bike to Coligny Beach. The host was so easy and kind to communicate with, making sure we had everything we needed. This Villa is more than perfect for a couple. We will definitely be staying here again. We have stayed at HHI Beach and tennis resort and I would much prefer this South Beach location. Photo is the view from the balcony.

Condo was nicely renovated with a King size bed & walk-in shower. It was clean and very conveniently located close to dining, entertainment, & shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at SeaRenity. Excellent location conveniently located within 50' of the elevator and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.
