Newly Constructed Luxury Villa! As soon as you step into Kyma Luxury Villa Townhomes you will experience a brand new home with exquisite, state-of-the-art features and stunning decor throughout. Kyma Luxury Villa #6 rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
This magnificent town home is conveniently located at 104th Street in OC. Close to the beach and restaurants. This four bedroom, four and 1/2 bath home features sleeping for your family of up to 12. The master bedroom features a king bed, bedroom 2 has a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle (double plus 2 singles), bedroom 3 & 4 both feature a queen bed and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. This home features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 assigned parking spots and WIFI.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

The property looked exactly like it did in the photos. The house was very clean, easy check in process, lots of room, 3 parking spaces and just 1 block from the beach. I loved this property better than any other property I've stayed at in Ocean City and I've been coming every year for the past 8 years.

Long weekend trip

This property is in a great location. It is updated nicely and was very suitable to our needs with multiple families. Check in was easy, and the property management company was responsive. Just be sure to read the listing carefully and be prepared that linens are not included (available for extra charge) and no soap, toilet paper, etc. is provided.

Beautiful property

This property was gorgeous and appropriate for all ages. I do wish this property had a pool but a 2 minute walk to the beach made it worth it. It was clean & modern plus the property managers were easy to contact for any issues and they were pleasant. I’d stay here again next time I come down to OCMD!

The icons of beds in one of the bedrooms depicted a double and 2 singles when in fact it wsd a double with a single top bunk which was a problem for us; how's the verbal description was accurate but we missed that

Kyma villas review

Had a wonderful week in ocmd. House is very nice and was perfect for our needs. The master shower did not drain properly while showering which left a large pool of water to stand in. The house was clean and spacious however very sparsely stocked with bowls, pots/pans etc. We have stayed here 1 other time and would come again.

Almost Perfect Stay

House was one block from the beach, spacious, parking on site. Acme a block away. Location is great. However the house it self could've used more cleaning. We had 2 small children and their feet were black just walking through the home. Stains on the pillow and blankets.

Clean, easy check in,modern faculties. Outside deck lights don't turn off (automatic) till 11:00pm makes it a little bright. No switch. A nice place. Watch fireworks from 3rd floor balcony. Great view.

Great house but not clean

This place has so much potential but the floors were filthy. Other reviews talked about that so I gave the property management a heads up that we have little ones and to have the floors clean. However they weren’t and we spent a lot of time wiping them and our cloths and feet were black with dirt just after being there for a bit. Other than that the house and location are all nice and

Good but Needs a few things

Great location but beds inferior, none of showers had a place to put your soap. The barn doors for the bathroom are not level and are difficult to keep closed. Floors did not appear dirty but when you wipe up water you see that they are. No directions for icemaker were available. Also complimentary dishwasher and laundry pod would be helpful.

Family Vacation

Overall, the property is as pictured online. Since this was the first time we had to provide linens, I didn’t know what to expect. The house had blankets and pillows, so you need to bring sheets and pillowcases. You can also purchase the linen package. You need to bring seasonings, dish detergent, and all paper products. Someone mentioned that the showers don’t have shelves, which was an adjustment because we had to put our shower gels on the shower floor. Overall, the property is beautiful and spacious. There were 10 of us, and we fit into this space just fine. The location was ideal; we were across the street from the beach entrance and minutes away from the market and restaurants. I would definitely book this property again.

Great stay with pin point accuracy on description

Our overall experience was almost perfect with just a few minor things that could have made it better (NOTHING wrong with the house). We enjoyed our time and there was plenty of room along with it being 3 stories so everyone had their own privacy. If I could offer any advice 1. With only having the cable remote, we couldn’t open our Netflix, YouTube, etc. on the tv’s. 2. Use blackout curtains if the future plan is to leave the outside lights on. And 3. There’s nowhere to set your soap or shampoo in the showers. Literally my only complaints lol!!! It was awesome!!!

Great property!! Only minor issues with the bunk bed being broken as well as not being as handicap accessible but overall great place would definitely stay here again with friends in a great spot on coastal highway near the beach and food!

Just Say No to the Tired Beach Mural

Beautiful property. Could have been a little cleaner but, then again, I don’t think anyone cleans baseboards or trim anymore. Loved the convenience of a keyless entry and quick response from the host. Probably the most modern condo in OC. Stay here if you’re tired of the early 2000s quintessential beach mural painted on the kitchen wall.

Nice, modern property

Stayed at this property for a week during a softball tournament. It had plenty of room for three families and was clean and modern. Great location to the beach and all Ocean City has to offer. I would recommend window treatments on the main level. Anyone sleeping on the sofa bed has no protection from bright morning sunlight. This place was overall a great experience and I would rent again.

AMAZING

The house was everything we needed it to be and more. The house was extra clean and very roomy. You might want to bring your own cookware but other than that it was breathe taking. Right across from the beach and close to all the restaurants.
