Crystal Dunes 503 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Saltwater. A timeless cure for all that ails us. So it goes with this Destin vacation rental. From the beachfront views of emerald waves to the modern coastal design- the whole of Crystal Dunes 503 sits as peacefully with your soul as a tranquil sandpiper in its nest.

Simultaneously comfortable yet forward-thinking, the 1779 square feet of Crystal Dunes 503 boasts up-to-date features like plank wooden tile floors, 9 foot ceilings, quartz kitchen and bath counter tops, clear acrylic bar stools and patio furniture plus hand-blown glass fixtures... all of which is swathed in a gentle ambiance of muted aquas and 'wet toes in the sand' tans. Moreover, welcome accessories like an LG washer/dryer, a wine refrigerator, a glorious book collection shelved in glass panes and a chef-ready kitchen featuring all new appliances with a double oven are sure to wash away away any wounds of stressful work weeks.

Each bedroom features a unique decor scheme and adjacent bathrooms all of which are magazine worthy- the northern rooms look out over quaint Crystal Beach while the Primary suite has Gulf views and a luxury bathroom. Plus, Crystal Dunes condominiums offers its guests deeded beach access, a pool and spa deck, gated entry, a grilling area and an excellent locale nearby beachfront restaurants, shops and golf courses.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.


Complimentary beach service is offered in season March 1st - October 31st 9am-5pm for one set that includes 1 umbrella, and 2 chairs. Additional sets can be purchased at the guest's expense through Crystal Dunes beach attendant.

Off-season beach service is offered from November 1st - February 28th. Sets can be purchased 24 hours in advance by calling our office.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

NOTE: Crystal Dunes is a SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property. No trailers, jet skis, RV's or boats are permitted.

Awesome Location & Floor Plan

We go to the this area of Scenic hwy 98 at least 6 times a year and this condo was the best we’ve been at! The location, view, floor plan & just everything about it is fabulous! It’s super quiet and it felt like home! The beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. Communication with the realty company is fast and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location!

Best stay ever! Property is soooo beautiful!

This property is steps away from the private beach. Our family enjoyed our stay and this condo was so beautifully decorated and felt so warm and inviting. The view in the room is amazing. The bathrooms are very modern and a huge soaktub was such a plus. The kids enjoyed the bedrooms and the balcony. This entire condo is unmatched! The layout is that of a home. We will definitely book here again!

Long weekend

The condo was just as advertised. It was spacious and had a perfect layout. Plenty of area to relax. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked and the decor was beautiful. We always love staying in Crystal Beach. The management team was quick to respond to any issues which was only one and very minor.

Pictures tell the story. Super clean and refreshing. Well stocked supplies , towels. Hairdryers. Kitchen supplies. Only issue was I couldn’t manage to run the dishwasher which was likely a user issue. Would def stay again!

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Views were beautiful. The only thing that I wasn’t pleased with was check out time was way too early 9am. Specially when we can’t check in earlier than 4. I would probably not stay here again just because of that. I would say 10:00 or 11 would be better.

Great views, gorgeous beaches!

Everything was great! The washer was broken. Had we known in advance we could have packed extras. They were quick to bring additional towels for the duration of the stay. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated.

10 Days in Destin offseason

The property is awesome. We VRBO exclusively over hotels for long stays more than two nights. The location, views , and property were great. I feel that there were a few minor issues that could easily make a real good experience great. We flew into Destin and had bags to accommodate 10 days. The property had no beach towels, beach chairs , umbrellas, coolers or anything such as a frisbee or football to enhance the beach stay. We bought towels and laid out but could have stayed longer at the beach with some protection from the sun. No cooler?! These are things that we have taken for granted at other homes. The property is extremely high end and better than the photos but the windows didn't open in most rooms and the ones that did open didn't stay open. Traveling in February, evenings are perfect with an open window versus air conditioning. Although the property sleeps eight there were only two forks in the silverware drawer! We only needed two but found it odd. The pool and " sauna" are outdated and need attention. In fact , the sauna was listed as out of order for the majority of our stay. The property owner or renter in the condo above the unit we rented seemed to stomp around and it was very loud all day and night. Didn't bother me but was extremely noticeable. We loved our stay but may look at other options when we return.

Gorgeous Property

Very neat and spacious property. Perfect location. Responsive and professional property management. The unit was clean with a couple of exception for which property management took care of one. One chair in the living room had food stains on it for which housekeeping apparently missed. The other incident was urine on the kids bedroom carpet for which property management took care of. Not sure why someone would urinate on the carpet especially when the place has 3 full bathrooms. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay at the property again.

Crystal Dunes was Amazing

Our girls trip was wonderful. We had so much fun. My niece and I celebrated our Birthdays and we had an awesome trip with our family. The Condo was clean, bright, beautiful and welcoming. OMG the ocean view was gorgeous!!! We will stay again!! Thanks for everything!

There are also annual events happening there like the Smoke on the Coast BBQ Festival and Holiday Happenings.
