冬の間、コンドミニアムのHOAマネージャーは、降雪が多いときに毎日除雪を行います。 メンテナンススタッフは午前8時に除雪を開始します。 コンドミニアム周辺の駐車場の除雪を支援するため、午前中に除雪車の音が聞こえたら、車両をオンサイトの除雪場所に移動してください。 一日中車両を離れる必要があり、耕作中に現場にいない場合は、建物の前または後ろにある一般的な建物の駐車場に車両を駐車してください。

Nice place good neighborhood some of the lights inside worked when they wanted to it could use some tvs in the bedrooms but i would stay here again

We did not stay at the property as it was not clean or adequate. I sent you that information and I never got a response from you. I am fighting your charge on my credit card as the property was completely inadequate.I sent you photos about the unclean carpet and ripped pillows on the coach.

Well equipped kitchen. We needed to take the batteries out of the tv remote to put in the home thermostat so we could have heat. We were probably the first guests since summer so that's understandable. Had no code to use hot tub/pool and the wifi password that was left in the property was incorrect. All of this info is for owner's checkup. Otherwise we loved this place. Beds were comfy, kitchen easy to use. Clean bathrooms with plenty of towels.

Great location but the place is just “ok”. Has an old smell but this resolved with opening the windows and sliding glass door. Kitchen light didn’t work so we cooked early or cooked in the dark. Other light flickered and we made jokes it was haunted. Dried vomit was on the carpet in the upstairs bedroom but it didn’t smell so that is good. Mystery stains on the couches again this made us laugh. Dishwasher works but the cleaning tablet didn’t dissolve which explains the dried food on some of the dishes. We just washed the dishes before and after meals. The back door doesn’t lock but it is high off the ground so there were no safety concerns. Beds slept good and the shower pressure is amazing. Loved the shampoo products and the washing machine and dryer worked great. Would I rent again? YES. Because of the price. All other 2 bedroom rentals were much more expensive and this location is perfect for exploring whitefish and glacier.

The property was clean, but there is way to my clutter. There wasn't enough room for us to put our things. To many tattered pillows on the couch. Good location. Overall our stay was great.

Great location with lake views from both decks. Really needs to be updated. Bathroom sink did not work, both bedroom carpets were very stained and knobs were falling off kitchen cabinets.

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, lots of room. Good value for the price compared to other more modern units. Having self sufficient 2 levels a great idea. Did not use pool or sauna. Deck is nice but needs maintenance. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.

Perfect location

The lay out of this place was perfect for both times we have stayed there. My husband and I stayed on the main floor while our guests were able to stay very comfortably downstairs. Everyone had privacy. We were very close to Whitefish as well as Kalispell where we both had family. It was like a Disney movie set outside when we went in October. There were deer that we could feed apples to from the apple tree down the path, and birds would that eat out of our hand on the balcony. They were also very nice about letting us know that the place was ready for early check in. We enjoyed it enough to stay twice!

Not worth the money

Property is incredibly worn out. Walls are dirty, furniture is old and uncomfortable. The oven made our whole family nauseous as it smoked and smelled of chemicals, there are burn marks on the oven door. The owner needs to do some serious maintenance

In need of some TLC

The positives about the property were the location, the fireplace worked well, the washer/dryer were newer and nice and the bed was comfortable. The disadvantages for us were the lack of adequate lighting, the bathroom sink didn't work, the bedroom carpet was in need of replacement due to stains, and the hot tub/pool didn't open until 10:00 a.m. and was closed two of the three days we were there (one for a Canadian holiday)..

Worse cabin ever

This was my worst VRBO thus far. The pictures were VERY deceiving, We thought we were right on the lake but we were not. The place was dirty, lights don’t work. Furniture was WAY oversized for the property. The carpet was disgusting.

Unacceptably Filthy

The review should be able to be read on the Vacasa site as we wrote it there. Vacasa was reasonable to work with when we discussed issues with the cleanliness and offered us a partial refund. We assumed the reviews written prior were due to an off week of the cleaning crew, or something, and unfortunately were wrong. The location and convenience were fantastic for our needs on this vacation, but we will not be staying here again due to how filthy this apartment was.

Pleasant but not top notch

Great location and all the basics are there. There were a few disappointments but maybe my expectations are too high. The carpet in the upstairs bedroom was stained in multiple places. There was no soap, shampoo or hair dryer which are things I thought were standard nowadays. Also there is no easy way to turn on the lights upstairs when you first come in. This was quite cumbersome because I initially arrived after sunset.

Nice unit with a good location

We only ended up staying two nights instead of the three that we booked as both of our husbands got called back to work with not much notice. It was a littler disappointing that we offered to pay more in order to push it back a few weeks when the husbands would have been off again but they have a no change policy even with the offer that we pay more. So that put a bit if a damper on the stay. For that reason we would look elsewhere for accommodation when we come down as we come down on a regular basis. The unit itself was nice , very well equipped. It could use a good paint job and the patio furniture is a bit rough. It was also nice and quiet so we had a nice stay. Thank you

Needs Update

The location was super convenient however it is in need of a update. It felt a bit dingy and dusty. The bedding/pillows seemed dirty with stains and hair and items left behind from previous visitor(ie dirty laundry). There are no amenities so it is bare bones so if you plan on cooking be prepared to bring/buy utensils and ALL ingredients. There also was only a paper on the fridge with rules but no other information about property/area so you kind of are on your own with that (where we are allowed on the property/ how to access beach) . A management property runs it so you are in contact with them but for me it was too much texting from their side and also they request you use their website for help/info when I feel like I would prefer to just use VRBO.

Great place, location, but needs a bit of love

Beds were big and comfy, felt very at home. Location was so nice overlooking the lake and near downtown - 5 mins drive. A Ptarmigan Village on the lake, older, but was very nostalgic for us. The one big CON was about Vacasa - there was no duvet on the master king bed upstairs, only top sheets. We emailed/messaged and live chat didn’t work, and no one responded after several attempts across platforms. We had to give a duvet from downstairs to our elderly parents do they wouldn’t freeze to death as it was around 10-20 degrees Fahrenheit. So one of us downstairs only had a top sheet and slept in full clothes and wool socks. Other cons were microwave didn’t work downstairs, no cutlery downstairs, indoor pool was closed the whole time even though it said it was supposed to be open. Generally the place was very clean but just a bit over the line of verging on run down in some aspects. For the price, was great value for sure, and we got very early check in. We were just pretty upset about the duvet and lack of communication from Vacasa, otherwise it would be 4/5 stars. Two days before we arrived in Whitefish it was -4 to -15 Fahrenheit so I don’t know what we would have done since there wasn’t even throws or blankets to supplement the lack of duvet on the master bed. Overall, great time, but could have been much better - would recommend investing just a bit of money into small detail renovations.
