Cozy Stay at 4A Down

We had a wonderful stay while in town for a soccer tournament. Only downside was ants in the cabin trying to get in from the cold.

Beautiful place

Loved the condo and location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the views of the lake. The bbq pit was a plus! It was a great location to Glacier national park. Even though the area was in the 90’s the condo was cool with out ac.

Great Stay

Right on the lake. All amenities you could ask for, even bear spray! Cupboards stocked with coffee and other quick, easy things to fix. Exactly what I needed. Beautiful view. Swimming area right out front.

Beautiful area

Wonderful view and lots of deer around. Few items not clean on arrival and ran out of tp. But overall great place to stay!

False Advertising, Absent Customer Service

Avoid. You can do better. Completely let down by Vacatia and this facility. Promised a hot tub (specifically emailed to see if it was working) and space capable of sleeping 6. Did not deliver. Hot tub under construction, and tiny cramped spot. When attempting to cancel the reservation, could not find anyone to talk to, all phone numbers were unresponsive, took 2 days for them to get back to me via email. STILL have not gotten back to me. The 'Sleeps 6' option is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Sleeps 4 if you're lucky and willing to double up. You can do MUCH better for much less.

Great place to stay right on the water of Whitefish Lake. Only problem was the pass code for the pool changed but never got notified of a new code.

Great Lakeside Condo

The location was perfect for our getaway and very peaceful as it was "off" season. Access to beach and dock and close to downtown. The place was clean and comfortable but could use a few updates.

beautiful location

Loved being able to see the frozen lake and sunset as well as walk down a few steps and onto the frozen lake. Kids loved it. front panel of windows offered awesome view of lake and mountains and lake.

Should be taken off VRBO until deep cleaned and updated.

Lovely location. Property in disrepair, needs updating, deep cleaning, many maintenance issues need attention and repair/replacement.

Quick Stay

The location for this unit is everything. Gorgeous lakefront view and clear water for swimming. It was a short drive from most everything and walkable if wanted/needed. The unit had sufficient kitchen supplies, plenty of towels/linens, WiFi and TV.

Beautiful scenery but gross.

We loved the location and the porch area. However, there was only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and by the time we realized it was late at night. No other toilet paper in the apartment. When I called the vacasa, they said they would send someone over right away. No one showed up until 11am the next day with toilet paper and paper towels. The lady that dropped them off was upset because she thought we moved chairs outside, which we didn't, they were like that when we arrived. The bathroom was also a little gross. Hair in the tub and dust and hair on the heat register. It made us feel like all the cleaning guidelines they said they were following weren't followed. We also tried to run the dishwasher like they asked, but there were no dishwasher pods. All in all, beautiful location, loved the lake view and dock but felt unsafe about cleanliness and like we were not a priority as customers.

Great place, no supervision.

The place is beautiful. Our favorite place on earth. Favorite condo, too for our family of 3. Over the years, we have seen many different companies run Bay Point. When we first started coming, there was always someone in the office and the pool was open every day. This last time, the pool was open only Friday through Sunday, and there was never anyone in the office. This isn't great. It's not what is advertised and there is no one to help if something were to go wrong. Luckily, we are self sufficient.

Very dark and hard to navigate outdoor stairs in the pouring rain. Parking permit was hard to find (had to ask another renter where to look). Facility was clean but dated. A little pricey for what was offered

Off season retreat

Very 'cabinny' feeling but was great for what we wanted - look at the lake and enjoy the peace. In the summer this would be a great place for beach fun. Great value.

Beautiful view of lake, private beach entrance, close location to everything

I loved sitting on the deck and dock and watching the water. We were a quick drive or bike ride to the Lodge and town. Unit was on bottom floor and a bit dark but we were rarely inside. The furnishings and kitchen could use updating to give it a cleaner, fresher feel but we had everything we needed. The mattress on the larger bed was thin and bowed in but we slept peacefully because there was no surrounding noise and the linens felt fresh. The complex was in perfect spot, and I definitely would stay in a waterfront unit, I just may pick a top unit that is more updated the next time I come to town.
