Escape to one of the finest vacation getaways in Ocean City MD! Unwind on your own private balcony of this beautiful 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms cozy beach retreat. This gorgeous unit sleeps 7 with a king bed in the spacious primary bedroom two queen beds in the second guest bedroom with beautifully updated guest bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach! The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries! Your reservation includes a $50 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $50.

Beach get a way

Condo was nice, clean but the bathrooms were a little small and the living room couches were worn down and uncomfortable. Would give the facility an over all rating of 8 stars

Delightful stay

The property is located on the beach with easy access to beach while having great views of the bay! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The condo is roomy and well kept! Thanks!

Nice apartment

We enjoyed the apartment a lot. It was a bit of a splurge for us to get the 2 bedroom with our younger boys. Having the bedrooms on opposite ends was very nice. The only downside to this apartment was that this side of the building does have a partial ocean view, but the other side of the building has a much much better view looking south down the beach. Also with all units the air conditioner unit is in a closet on the patio for all units.. when sitting out there i recommend turning off the AC bc it is very noisy. None of this would stop me from renting the apartment again.

Pleasant stay

My family and I recently came to OCMD for a 7 night stay. We had an excellent time! The only hiccups we had were that our bathroom faucet was broken upon arrival (replaced promptly the next day)and one night someone took our parking spot but security told us another spot we could use so we were still on the grounds of the condo. They assured us this would be addressed if the person didn’t move but they were gone the next day. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The room was complete with everything in the description. Easy walk to and from the beach. Pool and pool area/inside bathrooms and showers were clean. We even enjoyed some cornhole during the day! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a fun week!!!

Great location

Clean and comfortable. Great view, on the beach and close to stores. No car needed everything in walking distance.

Very Nice Getaway!

I stayed here with my sister and two daughters (14 & 15), and it was a great size for us. Got a later start than anticipated, so we arrived after the normal check-in time. We gave Mgmt a call and they set everything up so we could get in after-hours. Super easy, and they were very nice and helpful. The unit was exactly as pictured, nicely furnished with what you need. Unit was clean, but could probably use a deep cleaning for some of the nooks, crannies, and corners. Overall it was fine, though. The balcony was wonderful with a nice view of the beach at the side. We liked the location because it was away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, but still near to everything we needed. Felt safe enough to let my girls go down to the beach in the evenings by themselves. Nice beach, not crazy-crowded, and wonderful to walk on at sunrise and sunset for the most beautiful views. Mgmt people for both the condo and the rental were lovely and helpful, just as nice as could be. I would definitely recommend staying here for an OC getaway!

Relaxing getaway

Could not have asked for a nicer, well kept place. Decor in condo was exquisite , well maintained and very clean. Would rent again. Location is excellent. Only bad thing was the cruising weekend car show. Nothing to do with the property but threw a wrench in the weekend.
