This was our 3rd stay at Miners Vista and it was another great experience. The cabin is great, clean, cozy and well maintained. The property manager is prompt and helpful if needed. The area has great views and hikes and Idaho Springs is close by for any essentials.

What a spectacular getaway just an hour outside Denver. The property had more accommodations than expected and we were blown away. Great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. We even saw some large wildlife in the property!

Great cozy retreat

The cabin was very cozy with great amenities. It started snowing as soon as we arrived, which was perfect for us to enjoy the beautiful views, fireplace, and sauna for our weekend mountain getaway.

Fantastic Cabin

Great cabin with amazing views and setting, with good hikes very close by. The cabin is extremely cozy and well presented. It’s well stocked with the essentials. This is our second stay at the property and will definitely be returning.

Lovely mountain retreat!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Miners Vista and loved every minute. It is very secluded which was ok with us. The mountain views are beautiful, the cabin is super cozy and the owners truly thought of every amenity you would need. It was such a great place and we would definitely return!

Mountainous Bliss

Miner’s Vista exceeded our expectations and the view is impossible to describe; breath taking is only the beginning. The cabin has everything you need, along with the peace and quiet required for a perfect relaxing vacation. One day we hiked from the cabin up to Loch Lomond. The next we spent all day out on the deck soaking in the hot tub as well as the endless views. When the sun went down and the breeze kicked up back to the deck to enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire table. The cabin is well stocked with welcome drinks, snacks and wine. The owners were great to deal with and provided timely communications. Get your groceries at Safeway in Idaho Springs before heading up and you’ll never need to leave until checkout.

Great Stay!

I highly recommend this house if you’re looking to stay in the Idaho Springs / Georgetown area, but want a more remote setting. This was the perfect getaway for my family. From the hot tub, to the dry sauna (my fave), to the game room, to the gorgeous cabin, to the many included amenities - this place was beyond what I expected.

Family Adventure

We came to enjoy the Rockies and this beautiful mountain retreat did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family of 4. The views are amazing and the accommodations were top notch. The cabin was awesome and so nicely decorated with everything you need and with things you don’t even think you needed. We loved it! We were able to do white water rafting, ATV tours, St Mary’s glacier hike, visit Idaho Springs and Georgetown all within 30 min of the cabin. Perfect!!!

Perfect mountain retreat!

This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had! It is truly a retreat, beautiful views and a hot tub facing the mountains with plenty of games to play inside or out. It is a much larger space than the pictures show and we LOVED the wood burning Franklin stove for those crisp evenings! The town is about 25 minutes away which is convenient, but we found it much easier to buy groceries in town and make our meals up top. A nice grill and kitchen made everything easy. Leave your worries behind and breath in the mountain air!

Winter Get-Away

What a wonderful cabin! The hosts thought of everything. We spent three fun days enjoying the cabin and the surroundings even with a bit of winter weather. There is so much to do with the game room, hot tub and fire table and more. The inside of the cabin was so warm and welcoming including wine and snacks. The robes and slippers were a nice touch too! We would love to come back and explore again and highly recommend it!

First time taking the kids up to the mountains did not disappoint! House is amazing with amazing views ! And comes FULLY LOADED. They care that went into the property is well shown. Next time I'll come with a more prepared vehicle 😅

Absolutely Amazing!

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous! Amazing views. Easy to find. Point of contact Adam was amazing he made sure the driveway was accessible from the drifting snow. It was by far the best cabin we have stayed at. It is fully stocked with everything you need and more. It was spotless from head to toe which is a must for us. They even left us complementary goodies!! Thank you for making our stay amazing and opening this cabin to us!!

Perfect Mountain Escape

We had an amazing time at this lovely home. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. The kitchen was so well stocked with spices and condiments (a huge win for us as we cooked while there). The beds were very comfortable, the views are incredible and the amenities were all amazing. I felt like I was at a resort! The home feels secluded, but isn’t far from other cabins and the town, so easy to trek out for a day. No fence, so make sure your dogs are leashed. Before we even left, we were making plans to visit again! Great place for a romantic getaway or a cozy time with friends.

Spectacular holiday week

We found this place almost last minute and what a find. The property almost had too much too offer, between the hot tub, the sauna and the game room. Our only complaint is we want to come back with another family, but it only sleeps 4. The stuff they offered, most was not advertised, made our trip even more fun-ctional. From blankets for the firepit, snowshoes, to monogrammed robes for the HT and sauna. Our family (with 2 teen sons) highly recommends everything this property had to offer…which actually got them off of their phones, while enjoying game night and hot tubbing after skiing at Winter Park. Thanks!!

I can't rave enough about our stay here!! Five stars!! So so sooo beautiful!!! We had the best time, hanging out in the hot tub, sauna, game room, by the fireplace. It was clean, had extras we weren't expecting like a bottle of wine, snow shoes, lanterns, snacks, espresso machine. There was a TON of snow so we weren't able to use the fire pit or the table but not at all the owner fault. They had a snow plow available and shovel for us to use so we cleared the paths just fine. Stunning view, every day, I could get used to waking up to that every day! Thank you for everything. Core memories were made here! 🤗
