The house was very nice but I thought it was directly on the lake. Also, the house was generally clean but the vents, ceiling fans, corners and light fixtures were coated in dust and cobwebs. Definitely could use a good deep cleaning.

Vacation spot

Location is excellent! Lake, beach & local restaurants were a short distance. Very clean & homey ! We had no issues except that the fridge did not seem to hold it's coldness, but when I informed host, she sent out maintenance right away & actually came down herself & rectified the problem. Would highly recommend!!

Really enjoyed staying at this house. The location is great and so close to the water. Just a 3minute walk to Cranberrys which was perfect since we went to have some drinks. Beds with the exception of the bunk bed room were very comfortable and spacious.

Overall the impression of the property was as advertised. The only problem we encountered was that this was supposed to be a smoke free location and the master bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The smell wasn't horrible but certainly noticeable.

The back deck is a great place to enjoy family time. There was overpowering air fresheners perhaps prior renters smoked. Ice maker in frig doesn’t work so we just bought a bag. It would be nice if garbage cans weren’t already overfilled when we got there. Location is very nice.

The layout and space was nice. Furnishings were nice. Kitchen was well stocked. The house could have been cleaned better. Hairs found in bathroom and when searching for something, realized there was a lot of dust and debris under family room furniture. Outside cushions were really soiled. Beds were really soft--painfully so for our backs. There was no extra toilet paper provided. No soap was provided for showers.

We don’t advertise body soap as a provided item, and we’re sorry if that wasn’t clear before your arrival.- We were in touch before and during your stay and are always happy to assist if anything is missing or needs attention.Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

Nice house

It was perfect for what our family needed. Wish it would have been nicer weather so we could enjoy the deck. It was a little windy due to Hurricane Helene. We hung out in the garage while cooking where there was plenty of seating.

Nice, but needed some changes to description

First, we fot there at 4:30, about 30 minutes after check-in and the cleaning lady was about to leave. She had a load of sheets in the dryer, which she informed me. The place was really nice. However, there was a pan with pizza still on it in the oven and the microwave was dirty inside. The gas grill is completely unusable. This was a disappointing fact because we were looking forward to grilling out. I ledt the place clean and respect that sometimes things happen. We will probably book again.

Great location on Indian Lake, Seminole Island. Close to anything we needed. Very spacious. Comfortable rooms and clean linens. Nice appliances.Plenty of room to easily park 4 or 5 vehicles.K cup brewer and coffee provided.Would like to have a full coffee maker to make a pot in the morning. Bring one if you drink a lot.Outside could have used a little maintenance.Would stay here again.
