Comfy stay

Place is nice and clean. Comfortable beds, big dining table and kitchen, washer and dryer available for use. Nice pool nearby.

The Good Enough House

This place gets points for being super close to everything. It’s not very well maintained. Huge gaps in the front door, the back door is dirty and the back patio had no place to sit. There are about 3 bees nest by the front door, thankfully no one in our party was allergic. The refrigerator didn’t have a handle or get very cold. They want you to do the towel laundry but don’t provide soap. Check in and communication was amazingly hard, they seem to prefer not going through the app. Which while driving without email access makes it super hard, instead of just apologizing and giving me check in, it took several hours of back and forth. You can also only keep this place at 73, which makes it super warm. Thankfully we didn’t spend too much time here. The pictures makes it look nice but to us it was good enough to sleep in.

Not too impressed

The best thing I can say is the house was clean! That's it. The picture of the furniture in the living is totally different. The sofa is too low. The dining room chairs are so low. Refrigerator needs to be upgraded. No plastic containers for storage. Very little in kitchen. The TVs in the bedrooms are small, one didn't work. The tub/shower feels and sounds like the bottom is giving way. Do even consider the 3rd bedroom, the beds are for little kids. It was too small for my son, and also old. If you need two bedrooms just for rest, this place is fine. BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR A VACATION HOME.

Good visit, easy communication, central to them parks

accurate listing, owner was very responsive with questions we had. we visited universal and disney, easy to get to both places from here.

Good Location

We stayed here with 4 adults. Due to long days in the parks, we only slept here. The night we arrived, it was very warm and we were tired. The house had the thermostat completely off, reading 86 degrees inside. We had to wait about 2 hours for it to cool down enough to be comfortable sleeping. The bedroom with the two beds would be fine for kids. The single bed is for a child, having attached rails on it. The full bed in that room has a thin, squeaky mattress on it, but I can’t say it was really uncomfortable. Sheets, towels provided. No extra paper products, so come prepared. Overall, worked fine for what we needed.

A tired property in a great location

Overall good value and great location convenient to parks and local shopping/food. Property is tired and could use some updates- but for the price it is understandable. Only complaint as that the pool gate key was missing and calls and emails to management company and property owner did not remedy the situation. I’ll probably find a different location next time but if youre looking for a great location at a decent price then then this may be your spot.

Vacation Stay

We had a wonderful stay . It was a gated community and we felt very safe there . The place was very clean and had everything my son and I needed . We would stay there again . Our host was very easy to contact and fast to respond.

Family Friendly

Overall this is a great location. I booked this because of the location around Disney and Universal Studios. It’s in a gated community, but the gates were always opened during our stay, so not sure if that’s a normal thing or not. Clean around the house, with towels, dishes, hand soap, blankets, etc for your stay which is always a great to not have to worry about. Only thing about this place is, both bathrooms. When you take a shower, be ready to hear the worlds loudest floor sounds while you stand to take a shower. A lot of squeaky noises when you move around the shower. CRAZY LOUD. Other than that, can’t complain.

Great location. Well supplied house. Comfortable

This one was very nice. It was a great location to attractions and neighborhood stores. We did some food prep there fore the trip and the kitchen had a lot of counterspace and utensils. Neighborhood was quiet. Clean and comfortable beds. Will stay again.

Perfect Vacation Home

First let me just say after reading reviews I was a little nervous about towels and being charged if anything was “messed up” the rules and restrictions etc... Upon arriving I took pictures of anything we saw (stains, broken items, scratches etc) these things were VERY minor things to us and did not affect our stay at all but again I didn’t want to be charged and the owner was very prompt each and everytime I emailed! All 3 bedrooms are on the top floor along with the washer and dryer for easy access! The bedrooms were very spacious and very nice. The sheets and beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our 3 night stay. Each bedroom had a small (20in or less) tv in them but all had cable and was nice to watch a little tv before bed. As per the prior reviews the showers did creak and took us a minute to figure out how to work the shower (under the faucet where the water comes out you have to pull down) but other than noise they were perfect and the water pressure was great with perfect lighting in each to do hair makeup etc…The master bathroom toilet didn’t seem to flush well but wasn’t an issue during our stay. Downstairs there is a half bath under the stairs which was nice and a decent size kitchen with lots of counter space. We loved the gated community, nice neighbors, ease of use to everything, and the location to the parks! 10/10 WE WILL STAY AGAIN!!

Nice place

Our stay was nice. The owner wrote in the email to make sure we didn't damage the blinds or stain the carpet but the blinds were already damaged and there were stains on the carpet. There were several minor issues tha were there before we got there and we were concerned that we may be blamed. We took pictures incase. The place is nice and the owner sent the information by email. I will gladly rent it again. It was my first time renting a place to stay and I didn't know what to expect. It was great

Wonderful host

We needed to find somewhere to stay when our first place was unacceptable. We were able to go in on quick notice. You get to know how your host is if there is a problem. After we checked in Sunday, we realized Monday morning that the oven was broken. We contacted our host and he had the property manager on the case the same day, they had repairmen out 2 days in a row trying to fix the oven before Thursday (Thanksgiving). When he found out that they couldn't get a part in time, he bought an electric oven roaster to get us through the holiday. Extremely responsive and made our vacation better.
