Enjoy beautiful sunrises every morning, as well as fantastic sunsets every evening from the decks of this lovely home in South Creek Acres. You are just moments from the beach, and have access to community pool and tennis! And be sure to bring your bikes to enjoy the 16 mile long bike/walking path across the road. This home is bordered on the East by the Atlantic Ocean and on the West by Cape Hatteras National Seashore State Park. Enjoy quiet time on the back decks, watching birds, deer and other wildlife and let your cares fall away.

Disappointed

The place had a good location, but there were so many issues. There were ants throughout the cupboards and I ended up throwing away a lot of groceries. The decor was extremely outdated; EXTREMELY. There was a broken lamp, broken chairs that I cut myself on, and the place was absolutely filthy. The vacuum cleaner was broken and I was unable to clean at first, but they did bring me a new vacuum. The toilet broke and I had to use my hand to reach into the back toilet water to flush the toilet. The carpet was soaked when we got there and the smell of mold was throughout the house. Sitting on the furniture made us feel dirty as it was so gross. To boot, the cleaner that showed up five minutes early when we were still loading our car, ran over my pop-up tent that I just bought and hit my luggage when he entered the driveway. When I emailed Kristen Cipher about the issue with a bit of frustration, she replied by saying I should take a deep breath and watch my tone (via email) when nothing rude had been said. Very disheartening. My family and I rent each year on the Outer Banks, and this was not at all per usual. The rental was very expensive and the quality and professionalism did not match. Resort realty is a better company hands down.
