Neighboring homes and condos are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at surrounding properties and throughout the island. Also, possible construction noise from interior work in adjoining or nearby units. The exterior of building 4 and the lanais will be PAINTED June 17- July 3rd with temporary plastic to cover windows and lanais. Parking will be limited to spaces away from building. All elevators are working. The pool, tennis & pickleball courts are now open***
