Welcome to Bluewaters Vista. This beautiful 1 bedroom 2 bath home features 3 stories of living space. The first floor is an open space outside with a grill, cozy seating, stunning pool, and beach essentials for guests use. The second floor hosts the bedroom with a king bed, balcony with comfortable lounge chairs, washer and dryer, plus an en suite with separate tub and walk-in shower. Take the spiral staircase to the third floor where there is the kitchen and living area, plus additional seating on the balcony. The third floor also has its own bathroom, perfect for guests staying on the sleeper sofa. Lastly, there is a hot tub on the outdoor landing between the second and third floors. Bluewaters Vista is perfect for the couple or small family that loves to be outdoors. Make your reservation today.

Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.

This property is a good value for a Florida beach community. The view from the third floor deck is very nice. Beach access is easy. A gentle caution to other renters that a stay at this home will require a lot of stair-stepping. The home includes useful amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and bicycles. The pool is comfortable although perhaps a little too warm at 92-degrees. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend stay.

This property is in a great location. Mid Island and close to the beach. The house is perfect for a couple or small group. We loved the screened in porches, the pool and the beach supplies provided.

The only good thing about our stay is the proximity to the beach like less than 5 minutes so the beach is all yours and people can’t park around there so you can take advantage of the sunset daily and walk your dog (I have a lab retriever)The cons:- light was not working for the pool- hot tube water was green when I got there and even though I callled the office, the pool guy never really fixed and it was never warmed.- 2 bikes were very old and rusted and one of them had tire deflated so you couldn’t ride a bike and I called the office and nothing has been done.- too many remotes in the house that you have no idea what is it for.- the upstair room was very smelly.- too many mosquitoes inside the house- the trash bins were very nasty and smelly

A Florida Gem!!!

My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary and had such a great time. We loved the private pool!! It’s close to the water and all the action in Fort Myers Beach. Would love to stay here again!!

Quick beach trip

Short walk to the beach. House was just as described and had a beach feel.Check in process was easy. House was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed. Loved all the outdoor areas to relax. Pool was perfect.

November stay

The location and pool were awesome. The property was clean and as advertised. Maybe due to the recent storm, the bikes were unusable and the hot-tub didn’t work during our stay. The construction noise was extremely loud, but I can’t complain about that, as the area is clearly struggling to recover. The construction didn’t impact our stay. We utilized the chairs and walked to the beach daily, as well as to time square for dinner. The pool was a fantastic addition.

Every amenity

The property is beautiful and has everything one could wish for. - hot tub, pool, well stocked kitchen, etc. I have to mention that the interior passage from the middle floor (bedroom) to the top floor ( kitchen) is a tight spiral staircase, which is not for everyone. The other option is a set of stars on the outside. You”ll be on the stairs a lot. Fort Myers Beach itself isn’t back from the hurricane of two years ago -no restaurants or shops were open, and the Publix closes at 7pm. - but the beach is absolutely beautiful. We were the only people within eyeshot two of the days we were there. Great value for a great rental!

Quiet and relaxing

We chose to go during a slow time for area so we could relax and unwind. It was nice having the pool for times when we didn’t feel like going to the beach but wanted to enjoy the sunshine.

Nicely furnished, proximity to beach was great. Clean with the exception of the inflatable hottub on the deck. The pool was a nice feature. A must if in the area, Fresh Catch Bistro-- the food was fantastic and the drinks were really good!

Loved location, quiet neighborhood. Steps at house give you a workout, but good exercise. Pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach. Beach cart, chairs and umbrella were a lifesaver on those warm-sunny days.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for us. We read at the pool and made use of the many decks for relaxing. The bikes were a pleasant surprise and made commuting great.

Darling house a block from the beach with a pool

My husband and I stayed for a week in February and this house was more than we expected. It had all the amenities we could have asked for and more including two bikes (a bit old but they did the trick). The pool had floats and nice chairs and tables and umbrellas. There was a cart and two chairs and umbrella foe the beach. The house was extremely clean and just lovely. The only thing I would say is there is a wi ding staircase going from the first floor to the second on the interior that could be a bit tricky if you have issues with stairs;however there is outside access. All and all a wonderful little house. Loved it and will stay again.

Wonderful until Hurricane Ian

This property was beautiful and exactly as advertised, if not better. Also loved the area and people were so friendly. Unfortunately, we had to evacuate after 2 days due to Hurricane Ian and were not able to return. If God willing, Fort Myers rebuilds and Bluewater Vista is still standing we would love to come back at a later date and stay there again.

Great Location & Home

My husband and I came to Florida with our daughter to celebrate our 15th anniversary. It was a beautiful home with awesome views. The kitchen is great to cook in. We really enjoyed ourselves. The house is in a great location because it’s within walking distance to the beach as well as close to all kinds of restaurants. Also, the beach cart made it very nice to take chairs and an umbrella to the beach. The screened in porches were very nice as well. We will definitely be back to Fort Myers Beach.
