1. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a Welcome Letter which will outline the check-in procedure
2. Four weeks prior to the check-in date, we will send you our comprehensive “Guest Welcome Book”
3. On the check-in day, our onsite manager will meet and greet you in front of the lobby before taking you to the apartment to introduce the property and facilities

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Checking-out Time: 10AM
Please leave all access cards/fobs on the kitchen countertop. If you are driving, please bring your car out of garage and come back to leave the cards on the benchtop.
Building manager charges following fees for a replacement card: $20 for each replacement card, and $55 for re-programming all existing cards and tags with new secure code, if any card(s) is missing.

Great apartment to stay in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The property was clean and has easy access to the tram right at the back door of the resort. It’s very spacious and well equipped. The resort has a lot of facilities with strong cocktails .

Perfect location

Great place with an amazing view over the beach. We went to watch the Gold Coast 500 and it was a great location for that with some of the under card racers using part of the hotel garage to store their cars.

Great property with plenty of room for our group of 7. All the amenities we needed. Pools were great. Nice bbq area. Great view. Right next to the tram station. Close to the beach and Cavill ave. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay .. but only contact detail of Bookin was not show and adress was not clear so take us more than 2 hours to looking for it. General all good and we are have alots of fund.

Family getaway

Lovely time in Charlie’s apartment. Great location, plenty of space for 2 families. Million dollar views and great communication and quick responses. Resort has great pools, tennis and basketball courts. The room was clean and presented well. Pretty much all that you need for a short or long getaway. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous apartment with amazing ocean views

Nicely kitted out apartment with balcony, kitchen for cooking, many beds and bathrooms, comfy lounge room with TV. All beds comfortable except sofa beds, which are a bit hard. Overall very enjoyable.

Huge apartment with stunning view

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is massive, plenty of space for the kids to play around. The view is absolutely stunning, can't get better than that. The apartment is only within a short walk to shops. Everything is nearby. The hotel has 2 spas (one indoor and one outdoor) and 3 pools (one outdoor, not heated, one indoor heated and one outdoor heated), the whole family loved spending time in the outdoor spa and pool, it was just so relaxing. We all definitely 100% recommend this place.

Beautiful views

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and in a great location. The only suggestion for improvement we would make is for dead bolts or key locks to be fitted to the balcony doors and windows for families with little kids as they can open them on their own (especially as there is a balcony off the kids bedroom and the window opens quite wide on the 29th floor). Apart from that though we had a fantastic stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would stay again!

Friends getaway

This property was spacious and it was great for our group of 6. We had one guest who was in a wheelchair and it was spacious enough for her to get around and access the bathroom with a slide chair for the shower even though it wasnt a disabled bathroom. The bedrooms felt like private oases with features that made each feel very private. Kitchen was large enough to have several people in their at once. It felt larger in the living area due to a mirrored wall creating a 180 view. The views of the ocean and city lights were spectacular. The hosts were great and even contacted us to see if we needed more basic supplies which they dropped off (latte sachets included!). We will definitely be coming back.

Delightful!

This was an excellent apartment and extremely spacious with all amenities. A short to walk to the main Surfer's Paradise beach and city centre (about 15 mins walk one way) but just 2 mins to the beach! The property was generally well-kept, but I didn't give a full 5 stars only because the apartment wasn't immaculate with cleanliness. There was lots of dust and dirt behind the couches, the oven door frame and the balcony railing/glass barrier. In addition to this, the furniture was worn quite a bit. The leather couch was flaky and very worn (not suited to the apartment), the mattresses were also oveused (very soft and not firm). With a few minor changes, this is an excellent apartment...and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
