Quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached home with a gorgeous pool surrounded by lush palm trees. There is only 19 units in this private, well maintained gated community.
The house is great for entertaining and has been completely remodelled with a fully stocked kitchen and modern amenities. Across the street we have a huge mall with shopping, a movie theatre a gym and transit practically at your door step. Special long term rates available!

Lovely down to earth haven in bustling Los Cabos

My stay was fabulous. I felt that I was in a small community with plenty of privacy and lovely accommodations. I was fortunate enough to meet Dave, who lives in the complex and he was super friendly and helpful. Great value for the money!

It is exactly as it looks

Very nice house, large enough for a family, fully equipped, nicely furnished. Host very kind and ready to give support for our needs. Well positioned if you have a car. Highly recommended!

Oasis in convenient location near highway and supermarkets

The location is exactly as the listing describes it and the host, Tina, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions at just about any hour of the day. We felt comfortable in the area and the people in the gated community were friendly without being too in your business. Overall, it is a nice quiet spot and somewhat of a break from the wildness found at the center of Cabo, but it is next to the main highway to Todos Santos. Being next to a highway is convenient, but traffic and compression brakes can be noisy. Street noise didn't bother me at all, but is probably the main knock on this location. I would rent this location again in a heartbeat, especially for the price.

Perfect vacation home

We stayed in Tina's home for 2 weeks and could not have been happier. The only regret we have is not staying another week :) The home is exactly as described in the listing and indeed it is gorgeous. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Spacious, clean, welcoming and very comfortable.The beach chairs and umbrella are a really useful touch. The filtered water tap in the kitchen and the ice cube maker are a nice bonus. Internet is fast and reliable. The grounds, including the pool, are very well maintained. Location is perfect. Two minute drive to three BIG supermarkets and downtown and Playa El Medano is 10 mins away. Our favourite beach, Playa Santa Maria, is 20 minutes away. Safe swimming and enough fish to make snorkeling interesting right from the beach. Tina is very pleasant to communicate with and quick to reply. We would rent the home again and recommend it without hesitation.

Fantastic Accommodation

Our host Tina was fabulous. She was helpful in every aspect of our vacation. She was a bank of information regarding where to go, beaches to visit, sights to see, markets, Restaurants and grocery stores. She is a terrific host who will make herself available if you any questions whatsoever. The condo was very comfortable, clean and the amenities including the community pool were perfect.

AWESOME!!

The unit is huge with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It had everything we could need or want. The pool was right outside, lovely!!

Loved it

Beautiful property away from the touristy area of Cabo San Lucas. 3$ uber into town. Walkable grocery and food. Host was easy to contact and answered questions quickly.
