A large three storey home, it has 3 spacious bedrooms including 2 bathrooms as well as an additional guest toilet.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
This luxury home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms as follows:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Split King bed plus 1 x trundler (available upon request)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Split King bed plus 1 x trundler (available upon request)
Bedroom 3: 1 x Spilt King bed plus 1 x set of bunk beds.

Lomond View offers a myriad of features for your whole family, corporate guests or friends’ getaway with its seamless living, dining and entertaining spaces all with stunning views to match. This home has several private and sunny areas both downstairs with its own private courtyard including a hot tub, perfect after a day up on the slopes.
Ground level
Arrive to the convenient drive-in garage with internal access and start with Bedroom 3 – perfect for kids looking to setup base for their own rumpus room, complete with split king bed, bunks, smart TV and secured private spa pool, endless options to consider.
Middle level
As you move upstairs you start to appreciate the use of space from the large master bedroom, and second bedroom also complete with its own outside patio providing additional indoor / outdoor flow.
Top level
Arriving upstairs to the third floor to be greeted to the second entrance, kitchen, dining and open plan living area which extends to the balcony, money shot views, and BBQ, all perfect for alfresco dining! Also a large gas fire for warmth and atmosphere.

House Rules & Rates:
- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please note our terms and conditions and is also available to view through our website
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

Warm and Cosy
Easy check-in. Good communication prior to arrival. Cosy and warm. Heating wall panels in each of the bedrooms worked very effectively and underfloor heating in both bathrooms was a delight. Well stocked kitchen including some basic food supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, oats, sauces, oil etc) to make the stay easier. The kitchen also had lots of dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, sponges etc. Good variety of games to play, lovely gas fireplace in lounge area that gave a nice ambience and also good heat. Variety of couches to create two different zones in living space. Washing machine and dryer worked well and included washing powder which was a treat (we had our own). Beds were comfy and also had electric blankets. Bedding could have been warmer but thankfully lots of blankets were in the bedroom cupboards to use when cold. Also, hot tub was hot and ready to use. Great! Some areas that need improving are: have a folder with some local information, map, things to see and do. Internet was good but did drop out several times (for hours/a day) during our stay. Did communicate with property manager who suggested a few tips but nothing worked so just waited to hope it came back on by itself which it did. TV instructions would be good as no live to air viewing, streamed options only. Also the car parking garage spot was so tight and small. There was no way we could park our family wagon in there. We had to park on the street, which was steep and quite busy with other parked cars.

Great stay
Had a Great stay, heating was awesome and all appliances were working well. Very close to the Queenstown town centre and great views from all angles of the house. Spa pool was also included on property and was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Million dollar views
We had a lovely stay at this property. It was close enough to town to walk to most things, and that was a good thing considering the parking in Queenstown was terrible. We had hired a giant bus for 10 of us and it did not fit undercover at the property but that was ok as there was on road parking at the rear. We did call the property manager when we arrived as the email said it was 24 hour help. It’s not. No one answered. The house itself was clean and tidy but for a big group of 10 we did feel sometimes like we were on top of each other. There were beds enough for 8 and the extra 2 beds were trundles. I wish I’d known this before we stayed as the pictures online are bunks. Beds were a mix of comfortable and not comfortable. This is a 3 level house! With pretty steep stairs, I’m not sure I would want to stay here with toddlers. The kitchen is tiny, if you want to cook every night and there’s 2 of you, you’ll be sweet. If there’s 10 people trying to use the kitchen. It’s squishy. Ultimately though. You stay in this house for the magnificent views. The view from the lounge/ dining is amazing.

Beautiful views
This property was well situated with wonderful views. Multiple levels gave everyone space, great design. Some issues with bed linen though and cleanliness in some areas. Overall a lovely stay - thank you!

Our self-catering homes include pre-arrival property inspection, start-up pack upon arrival including basic items such as rubbish bags, cleaning cloth’s, detergent, but do not provide personal hygiene items such as shampoo or conditioner.
We provide you with a Guest PDF approximately one week prior to arrival containing the property access and information.
