-Cozy family friendly 4 bedroom house
-Located within minutes walking distance to town centre
-Supermarket and gas station directly across the road.
-Parking is available on site and plenty street parking
-Spacious back yard, nice outdoor for summer
-Beautiful park and creek behind backyard (Warren Park)
- We may change layouts/beddings according to season change. Central heater and Portable heaters are available in the house.
GETTING AROUND
- 700m (10min walk) to town centre along Gorge Road.
-Skibus station 2mins walk (Cardrona, Remarkables, Coronet Peak)
-Fresh Choice supermarket directly across street
-Caltex gas station across intersection
-famous Pedro’s roast lamb takeaway across intersection
-Cozy family friendly 4 bedroom house
-Located within minutes walking distance to town centre
-Supermarket and gas station directly across the road.

This property is my personal holiday home. I am a huge fan of snow sports and outdoor hikes and wanted to look for a property that would give me the cozy family touch in Queenstown. When I came across this property I immediately fell in love with the house and its beautiful garden, not to even mention how PERFECT the location is!

-located in Central Queenstown with just minutes of walking distance to town centre
-residential area where it is nice and quiet to take a good rest and avoid the crowds
-largest in town supermarket literally opposite the street, you can restock on grocery needs anytime at your convenience!
-a beautiful park adjacently connected to our back yard. Guests may walk over and enjoy a stroll along the stream.
-petrol station across the street, you can filler up anytime at your convenience
-rental car available 500m from our house.
