1 bedroom penthouse 30 meters from the flagged main beach in Mooloolaba, and wonderful ocean views from the 10th floor.

A Queen Bed and fold-out sofa for a child only, to accommodate up to 3 guests, maximum 2 adults.
Secure key card access to car lift and apartment, air conditioning, Wifi, and conveniently located next to the lift.
Access to a pool with waterfall, spa, wading pool, Sauna, and Gym.
Rooftop outdoor spa and barbecue facilities just above the penthouse.
Underground parking for 1 vehicle.

Enjoyable Stay

The location and amenities of this property are fantastic! We really did enjoy our stay but initial impressions of the property versus the listing, certainly were not everything we expected. The room itself is quite small, verging on pokey to get into. that being said, the spa and bbq area upstairs were lovely, we didnt use the pool downstairs as there were just too many people. I thoroughly enjoyed my morning coffee and fruit on the small balcony that was attached to the room. Knowing this property now, i would definitely stay again, as its so close to everything! I wouldnt be disappointed. The room itself is very clean, the staff of the Resort are lovely, friendly and helpful.

Nice and functional

The little apartment had everything we needed. It’s just a room but the small kitchen area is functional and enough if you want to cook a meal. From the balcony you can see the ocean. It’s very nice to sit outside and watch the waves and listen to it. The water is very close. Just out of the house and you are there. The area has really nice coffees and restaurants also nice shops. I really liked the stay there and consider to go there again. Very lovely and relaxing. The Landmark has also a beautiful pool area at the ground floor.

Great unit for a getaway!

Clean and well appointed unit in a perfect location! Close to the beach, Mooloolaba strip and the Wharf with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Such a fun Getaway!

After a long lockdown in Melbourne we decided to take a quick beach break in sunny Queensland. The apartment was in a perfect location. We had a great time! We swam Mooloolaba beach twice a day. Beautiful walks along the coast in both directions. We ate somewhere new every day and never had a bad meal. The apartment had a fridge for snacks, kettle etc for tea and coffee. The pool, spa and gym were all were all fabulous. Check in and check out with G1 Properties was easy and friendly. We cannot speak any more highly about our experience. We will absolutely come again.
