Clean & Safe Rental Properties: Keeping our vacation homes sparkling clean is a top priority for us here at Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals. All properties are cleaned, sanitized & disinfected before guests check-in with products proven to eliminate viruses & bacteria. All linens are laundered at an offsite facility and new linens and towels are brought in for every guest's stay. The entirety of our housekeeping processes meet and exceed all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to our office for more information.

For your convenience: Our housekeepers will leave a check in packet with area information for you at the property. Also included at the rental are paper products, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

Great weekend getaway in Rangeley

My husband, dog and I spent a weekend at Slack Tide and had a terrific experience. The communication with Morton & Furbish Team was excellent right from the get-go. Check in was simple and the home exceeded our expectations. It was clean and spacious and outfitted with everything we needed. It took about ten minutes to walk down to the gorgeous dock where we swam and relaxed for the morning. Our friends picked up us up on their boat right at the dock and we had a great afternoon out on the lake. The location of the home was perfect also as we could go for walks or runs or bike rides and was conveniently close to town. This area seems like it would be great for multiple families to gather and rent the homes and have an awesome lake getaway. We were happy customers and would definitely recommend this home. Thank you!

Beautiful home

We had a great time on our family vacation the first two days out of 4, the cabin was beautiful and in pristine condition, the only complaint we have is on morning 3 the house behind the cabin which we shared a driveway and the property which was in very close proximity had a camera on their porch and while walking our dog between the two homes the owner yelled through their camera at us to get off of their property which left my 5 and 7 year old in fear to play in the yard for the rest of the weekend as they were terrified of the mean lady in the “camera ” other than the rude neighbors the property and home is absolutely beautiful!

Slack Tide - Great rental experience

This rental property is located close to town and all of the beautiful places the region has to offer. The unit is well laid out, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax and enjoy family. The unit feels new and it is spotless! The front deck picnic table make dining with younger children a breeze.

Perfect getaway spot

We loved our stay at Slack Tide - the house was spotless, so comfortable, spacious and well appointed with a gas grill, hot tub and fire pit area. The location was perfect with proximity to town, stores and restaurants! We will definitely hope to return to Slack Tide next Summer! It was perfect!

Clean and Relaxing!

Best cabin I have stayed in, in Rangeley so far! Newer Cabin, kept VERY clean with tons of convienences that make it an amazing stay (AC, wifi, HOT TUB, hooks, towels, washer dryer, firewood, games, grill). It literally has everything you could need, updated and beautifully done. The fire pit and picnic table are located right next to the back deck so that a large family can enjoy all of the amenities at once and still be close together. Access to the lake was perfect and the hot tub was worth every penny. We were even able to use it during rainy nights which was a really nice touch. Private and pretty. Would absolutely LOVE to stay here again next year!

Stay at Slack Tide

We had a great time. The cabin had everything that a family of six needs. It is an attractive space and was well stocked. Hiking and swimming very accessible, as is everything in town. It is fortunate that the owner made an arrangement to use the Rangeley Resort boat access and swimming dock, The grocery store is a walk away.
