Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the

Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-

bedroom, two-bath corner unit is the perfect mountain vacation spot. Featuring

extra high granite countertops and a cool remodeled modern mountain design.

This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with a king bed in the master and a a

set of bunkbeds and a queen in the guest room. Perfect for family fun. This

townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year

round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi

and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just

soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes.

If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our

office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.

Our Stay

We had a great time during spring break! The snow and skiing were amazing! The condo was so convenient to the village and gondola, which was so helpful since driving was basically impossible given the snow levels. The condo was very well appointed and clean. Our only complaint was that there was no snow shovel, which was provided at most other condos we’ve stayed in. Thank goodness for friendly and helpful neighbors or else we would’ve been stuck! Otherwise, it was a great week and we would stay again!
